Head Butler's Room

This appears to be the mix of a room and an office. It is very dirty, stinky and unclean for some reason. There is desk, a chair and a drawer on one side of the room and a bed, nightstand and a bookshelf on the other. There are few torn books, documents and newspapers lying around the room that have big black spots on them. Around the corner near a bed, lies a skeleton corpse in old dirty butler suit. It appears to be the head butler. There are multiple stab holes on the clothes. On the desk, there are few random documents, a pen and a journal.
