This is a pretty big Dining Hall. There is no ceiling between first and 2nd floor so they are connected with 2nd floor being balcony-like walkway. You can see the first floor clearly bellow and it doesn't look that high so you might even be able to jump down. 2nd floor is mainly just a balcony going all the way around the Hall. There it a door on north part of east wall, a door on east part of south wall and a door in the center of west wall.
A blood trail leads from the 2F east corridor to the main hall.
