House with Doghouse

It looks like this house's entrance is connected with Living Room with no walls separating them. In here there is a table, a sofa and a bookshelf filled with different manga. There is also an arc-like pathway into the kitchen that is a completely normal household kitchen you wound find anywhere. In the kitchen it appears like all silverware is missing and only dishes are left. There is also an old dry dog food package in the kitchen. Strangely enough there are no chairs at all in this house. The only door in here is one that leads outside.
