The intercom cuts on again.
"So...it turns out you need more clearance to divert the control to me. Hm...so let's see. If I remember correctly, certain members of the security team have devices on them that allow them to override high priority things like the lockdown. You just have to plug it into the main security console. Oh no. So, as it turns out, the closest one to you guys is in Zeta, but not exactly in Zeta. As you know, the tunnel to Zeta is done for. But there is still a way to access it. When the lockdown was occurring, some people got trapped in Epsilon. They tried to get out but the tunnel to Delta was destroyed and the lockdown barred them from Beta. So, they came up with a plan. They would use some loose cables from Electrical Control to fry the monster. But, apparently that just pissed it off. And, after killing several of the staff, it teleported away as normal. But, something was different. It actually seemed to rip apart the fabric of time and space or something and created this strange alter reality. A few members of the team trapped in Epsilon survived the initial attack and went in. They made sure to log the incident before doing so, which is the only reason I know about it. After going in, we lost contact with them. But one of the guys who went in was a security guard. Hopefully his body or device is still in there. I can remotely open Electrical Control from here. Go in and check for him. It's our only chance."

"So you're just going to trust this guy and go into some alternate reality where you could be slaughtered? I can lift the lockdown from here. I have clearance to do so. Just kill each other. It's that easy."
The intercom system shuts off with a beep.
