Before you even open the trapdoor onto the roof, you can hear the wind. As you step onto the roof, it almost feels like a storm. Dust and dirt flying are all around. It is almost impossible to see. You can see the bell closer now. It looks ancient, cracked and dented. Next to what appears to be an air conditioning unit, there is a set of electrical tools strewn about.
