Every part of this room is filled with filing cabinets. They are ordered by date, the earliest being 1009. All the documents have been preserved very well, even the oldest ones. However, it appears that in recent times, they have not been cared for and are beginning to fall apart. Only parts of each court record are legible.
Files from one of the cabinets litter the floor.
A clean trail comes from the stairs to F1. It leads to the body of Mami Tomoe. She has a knife in her chest.
A gap in the filing cabinets reveals a door leading into a room labeled "Mayor's Office"
At the end of the room, there is a ladder leading up further.
