The room is a large metal room that has a giant box of sorts in the middle. The box has many circuit boards and wires in a complex assortment. It was arguably one of the most complex machines in the facility. However, part of it seems damaged and there is blood in the corner; next to the blood appears to be a note. The machine lets out a small beep, as if it to alert the staff that something is wrong with it. The door leads back into the hallway.
