Description
: An Italian scientist turned mob boss, he worked at multiple labs before inheriting the title of Don.  After a year of learning the family business he returned to lab work, opting to pull the strings of the organisation while working on his experiments.

He is very brash and is prone to starting fights, causing him to get kicked out of almost every research facility he's assigned to.  His latest assignment, an underwater facility, had recently accepted his application for research privileges allowing him to be even more effective in his criminal activities, pulling the strings from beneath the ocean.  

Artifact: A Ring with the Giovanna family symbol embedded in it.

Description: The university system no longer exists but those who need a professional license, such as a physician, must continue their education in special schools for two years. Karanomori, therefore, attends Tokyo Medical School after graduation; but after only a year, her ability as a physician is recognized as exceptional and she passes the National Medical Practitioners Qualifying Examination early and earns her license.

She then leaves school halfway through because her long, unstable Psycho-Pass worsens. She decides to join the MWPSB upon the advice from a teacher who had always cared for her.

Artifact: Shion carries around with her an old fashioned hand lens.

Name: Harold Tiszta



Description: A janitor known for always wearing a hazmat suit. He is deathly afraid of catching a disease and believes having a strong mind and body will reduce the chances of being sick. If his suit gets ripped even a tiny bit, he flies into rage and attacks whoever or whatever ripped it before trying to find a way to seal up the break. Due to his belief of strong mind and strong body, he is mass of muscle underneath his suit.

He has recently signed up to work at a underwater facility to earn some extra cash.

Name: Ika Musume (AKA Squid Girl)



Description: From the depths of the seas comes Ika Musume (Squid Girl), a young girl with powers and abilities mimicking that of the gastropod she takes after (she even spits ink). Her mission – to conquer humanity for the crime of ecological damage to Earth's oceans. However she was captured by the humans and was sent to an underwater research facility where she is being subjected to numerous 'experiments'.

Name: Jota

Description: An ex-military soldier, he joined Japan's Sumeragi group due to his belief that only they would be able to bring peace to the war-torn region. He uses the power of Septima, a "seventh sense" ability shared among a small group of humans. His, labelled as "Lightspeed," enables him to control lasers. Among the Sumeragi group, he wields one of few Glaives, a blade-like tool which, in his case, stores and enhances his power over light; that Glaive is named "Shadow Dragon." His primary role is to broadcast the songs of an idol, whose power can restrict or enhance other Septimal powers. He takes his job seriously, sincerely believing his actions will bring forth a bright future.

However, due to his military prowess, he has been requested by an unknown group to act as a defensive precaution against invaders. Coincidentally, he is also confident in his skill as a radio talk show host.

Artifact: The Glaive, "Shadow Dragon." In this case, the Glaive has been remodelled as a pendant, in case if anti-Sumeragi agents have infiltrated the facility.

These late nights would spark the love for working with his hands, learning the mechanics down to the finest detail. Life was happy with his two siblings father and mother. Until some baddies from his fathers facility came to pay them a visit, for getting a little too brave, he wouldn't ever forget. The skilled engineer of a murdered family spends his life trying to find the ones responsible for his dastardly past.

Description: Bob was recently hired as a scientific assistant in an underwater facility. While he truly believes that he is faar to intelligent to be wasting away as a scientific assistant, he was unfortunately low on cash and unable to turn down this oddly high paying job. Bob is not a very social person and seems to like keeping to himself as much as possible. While he does do his job well his lack of critical thinking will likely keep him from ever getting the head-scientist job he feels he deserves.

Name: Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV

Description: Ed hacked her way into a computer technician job at the facility. She sought a legendary tomato which she tracked down to being in this facility... or so she would say. She was actually just interested in exploring this odd place sitting under the sea.

Artifact: Smarter than the average bear phone. Ed's portable hacking device with a bear shaped casing.

Description: A skeleton who was cast into the multiverse after trying to alter the timeline he was in. He loves puns and being lazy.

Vicente Hon

The son of a sword master and a prodigy at defensive sword arts, Vicente has both great ambition and a strong sense of justice. He seeks to surpass his father's level of sword mastery, and is looked up upon by many of his siblings, while at the same time, he is a target of rivalry since he almost always fights opponents that are even stronger than him to a draw due to the defensive style of his swordplay.

Dr. Gero is the head scientist of the Red Ribbon Army. he was a founding member of the Red Ribbon Army and was also effectively in control. He designed the Red Ribbon's weaponry, and created the first androids in the service of the Red Ribbon Army. He turned into an android to avoid dying of old age.
