"Umm... I know this is a stretch but... please help find the culprit who killed Kitty! We have to do it for the sake of our community and so we don't fall into despair! Please!"

Debate will continue for 24 hours, at the end of debate a vote will be held, if nobody votes the trial will be inconclusive.

[The City [EclipseZwolf]]

-Amyth walks in and "accidentally" stubs his toe on a bench, breaking the awkward silence filling the room-

"Ouch! Of all the times to....!"

-Amyth takes a seat and begins to massage his foot before looking up at the others present and addresses them-

"Well I see some faces I haven't spoken with before and some I have. I came here after I heard we were having this community trial as its called. I wasn't close with Kitty as far as I can remember, but I don't think I quite like the idea that someone would go killing the few we have here. Could someone explain to me what exactly we know thus far besides that Kitty was the victim? I know nothing beyond that so any information would be new to me. Lets work through this one together!"

-Amyth flashes a big smile, but it looks like he stopped massaging his foot and is actually tapping it without thinking.... Guess it was never hurt to begin with-

[Ravan]

-Begins writing on his notepad before presenting it forward-

"Hi, I'm Felix. Sorry, but I'm mute, so this will have to be how I communicate with you all. I don't really know very much about Kitty, other than that they were an agent for the Alteir Corporation and may have been put down by somebody with a grudge against the Alteir Corporation. That's all I could guess, motive-wise.

-Felix smiles a bit and moves on to another page as he continues writing-

... I guess that's a bit more than very much. I managed to actually find her corpse and perform an amateur autopsy. There are some... strange things about the corpse, almost unbelievable, but... they had to have happened. I think Saki is taking a better look at the scene now, but I can relay anything happening here to her and she'll update me if she finds anything of particular note, I think...

I... don't suppose everybody would be willing to share their alibis...? I was with Saki at the time of the murder and they'll be able to confirm I was with them, and vice versa for them in regards to my position, if that helps."

[The City [EclipseZwolf]]

"Alright, I guess I can wait for the details. As for my alibi, I was investigating the school after I the fence was... removed. After investigating it for awhile I went back out to the courtyard and hung out with Aelori. She left before I did but she can vouch I was there until she left. I came from the courtyard to this room and haven't been anywhere else since."

[Ravan]

"Speaking of which, I didn't ask your name yet, I'm sorry. What do you prefer being called? It helps to get more folks off the suspect list as soon as possible, so I guess it may be best to share all that I know so we can figure this out. Specifically, I was roaming around randomly and managed to find some small clearing in the forest where I met Saki. We found something there, but that's not entirely relevant to this. We heard the scream and ran back to the school, where we found Aelori who gave us the basic run-down of the situation. I guess a simple murder report sort of thing would be..."

-Felix flips to another page and continues writing-

"Victim: Agent Kitty.
Cause of death: Blunt trauma or blood loss
Location: A far-off building
Other notes: There was a lot of blood splattered all over the hallway where she died. Kitty was found lying face down and covered in sweat, implying that she may have tried to run away."

... I felt that wasn't enough information, so I tried to look around some more and followed Kazuya. Initially I found a lab, but that didn't seem to be where everything happened. Afterwards I saw him heading off elsewhere and followed him to the location of the corpse. Upon arriving, I noticed a blood trail going throughout the building. It seemed to go from the entrance to the pavillion to this record room, then it looped back out and went up to the second floor, where I found her corpse. There were bruises of various sizes on her body, with the strangest one being a massive, fist-shaped bruise on her chest. The fist was... about the size of my head. There were also other bruises around her body, and rigor mortis had only just begun to set in by the time I-

-Felix flips to another page-

-- found her corpse. The other bruises were strange as well. They were of different shapes and sizes, a number of them being on her head. Kazuya believed that perhaps a weapon was used to deal the killing blow via blunt trauma towards Agent Kitty's head. I'm inclined to believe him. Kazuya also noticed that there was a strange bruise on her leg, also far larger than a normal hand that looked like somebody grabbed it."

"... I think that's all that I can remember right now."

[The City [EclipseZwolf]]

"I am Amyth, a pleasure to... ah.... speak with you."

-Amyth scratches his head as he digests the information-

"Massive fist shaped bruises? So we either need a giant fist shaped object or some huge flippin' hands to pull off this crime and they chased around the victim, who I imagine was screaming away trying to get help. No maybe.... she screamed when her leg was grabbed? I imagine if she was being chased her pursuer wanted to stop her, but probably didn't want to kill her outright since it would be difficult to set up any crime they had in mind perhaps...."

-Amyth closes his eyes and taps his foot as his train of thought continues-

"I am afraid my memory isn't the greatest at the moment, but assuming that the scream wasn't drawn out then I think we can guess Kitty wasn't screaming while they ran. Otherwise we would have been trying to find them much much sooner. Perhaps she didn't scream because she didn't want to have her pursuer locate her through that means or she simply wasn't thinking about it. Then when escape became impossible, her leg being caught, then she screamed because of what I guess would be pain from her leg being crushed in whatever kind of vice grip it was. The pursuer at that time probably panicked and started bashing her head with anything and everything it had to try and shut her up. After she died the killer probably booked it in a panic realizing that the others had most likely heard the scream."

-Amyth opens his eyes and looks at Felix once more-

"So just working from what you told me, I imagine the culprit tried to attack and kill Kitty with a single massive blow to the chest, hence that massive bruise, but I bet that Kitty managed to survive the attack and was launched away and had a chance to run. She probably didn't scream early on out of fear and the fact that she took a blow to the chest and her lungs probably got the air knocked out of em. She fled for a time, but was caught by this attacker who was now trying to finish their flubbed attempt. Her leg was what the culprit targeted to stop her, but this triggered her scream. The killer already panicking about the initial failure also realized the screaming would draw the others and blindly smashed Kitty's head until she stopped, which would most likely be when or just before she died. The killer then flees and a short time later you arrive on the scene chasing the scream and Kazuya."

-Amyth nods and looks to Felix for reconfirmation-

"Seem like a valid thought process?"

[Ravan]

-Felix listens to Amyth's words as he nods and begins to write on a new page-

"Nice to meet you, Amyth. The blood trail was somewhat interesting and I think it proves that Kitty didn't die immediately. It led into the Records Room and it looked like somebody was hiding underneath the desk there... I agree with your thought process so far, but I think the scream may have come from Aelori. We might have to ask her."

"What bothers me is that there's that massive lengthy blood trail, even leading behind that desk, which means... Kitty had to have been hurt enough to be bleeding and still managed to escape and hide. I'm not exactly sure when the massive bruises came in to play, perhaps before knocking her out and then ending her life...? I guess there's no point in hiding it, but... you should know about mutations by now, right? ... One of them definitely came in to play here, but I don't really know about many of them... I don't want to start a witch hunt but I don't know who hates Alteir Corp with a burning passion, and nor do I know who can create some massive hand. Do you maybe have any clues?"

-Felix stares at his cell phone for a moment, then returns to writing-

"Saki mentioned she was examining the corpse in more detail now. She'll have a better report ready soon."

[yaes]

Kazuya decides to speak up

"... Most details are as Felix said, but there are some additional things that I would like to mention."

"First is the cause of death, which is determined to be either blood loss or blunt force trauma. I checked the body to see if any of the signs of death by blood loss were present and I was unable to find them, which leads me to believe that the victim --Kitty-- died from the strikes themselves, as such... I would rule the cause of death as Blunt Force Trauma, without any ambiguity."

Kazuya recalls what was mentioned earlier

"... As Felix said, you should know about the mutations by now if you're in this town, and I'm fairly certain that one was used to attack Kitty, mainly the huge fist-shaped bruise on her chest, and the ring-shaped grab on her leg, both of which are abnormal... but here's the interesting part. The wounds on her head, the ones that caused her death... they are round, but not fist shaped, and they're also smaller than the bruises. This means that something else was used to deal those strikes to her head. Whether this was a weapon or another facet of their mutation is unknown, but I'd bet on the former."

Kazuya closes his eyes and thinks for a moment

"... Last thing I want to mention is about the blood. I'm trying to make sense of the order of things, but... the trail of blood. This is how I think it happened: All of the blood came from the wounds on her head, and the trail of blood begins at the entrance of the building which means one thing... She was hit on her head at that moment, and following the trail, it shows that she then ran through the hallway into the pavilion, hid behind a desk for a moment, before running around the other way back towards the main hallway towards the second floor, where I think she was grabbed and then hit on her chest in order to stun her... Then proceeded to deal the killing blow."

Kazuya sighs for a short moment

"Still on the topic of blood, the reason why I say that is because of the splatter. The splatter is present only on the second floor hallway, meaning that's where she died, all of the evidence supports that. But there is one spot... one area that is free from splatter. This shows the spot where the killer was standing at that moment, and it also means that the killer obviously got blood on them... And if you saw the scene, you'd know that the amount of blood present suggests that washing that off would be no easy task. Now if this will help us find the killer or not, remains to be seen... considering that I find it hard to imagine that they were able to get past all of us while being covered in blood. Not unless they were prepared for it."

"... I've talked enough."

Kazuya takes a step back and closes his eyes

[Ravan]

-Felix stares at his phone for a moment as his eyes widen a bit-

"Um... well, it looks like Saki solved it and they're going to confront the culprit now... so if they turn up dead, I guess we know that they were on the right track...? They won't say who did it, and I can see why to prevent a witch hunt, but I'd rather not have the information be lost if they do get hurt. Do we go find her, or keep waiting, or what..."

[The City [EclipseZwolf]]

"Saki is going to go show the culprit their true fate eh? Well Saki must be mighty confident to try and take on a murderer. Guess they have something equally useful. If you trust them then you might as well leave it to them. I imagine most of us have some desire to not reveal what is going on inside of our bodies, so joining them may result in hesitation. The last thing I want to see are two or three corpses mauled by the giant hand."

"I don't have any weapons for use myself. Plus, my body's.... mutation isn't really built for that kind of strenuous use."

[yaes]

Kazuya approaches Felix

"... If that is true, then I want to be there. Tell me, where is she going?"

[Ravan]

"If I remember right, she literally only wanted to confirm the truth behind this and then leave them to their fate. If that's to be lynched or to be let go, that's up to fate, or so she put it. I don't mind supporting with my mutation, but I'm not at my best. I was hoping to get something to eat after this, I guess. But this isn't my style, I'll probably be heading off to see just what Saki found. Anybody want to come with me?"

[The City [EclipseZwolf]]

-Amyth sighs and a slightly annoyed expression flits across his face-

"I guess I will come with you. I despise miss fate just letting this whole situation fly so I won't be having that."

[yaes]

"... I'm not at 100% either, but that doesn't matter. Traitors should get what they deserve. Lead the way."
