As you all enter the Trial Room, you notice that the television above the Judge’s seat is currently on and displaying Jay. “Hello Assassins. It seems we had a large burst in activity last night. Three people were murdered and found dead. You will be given the next two hours to investigate. During this time, I have placed secondary locks on all currently locked doors. No matter if you manage to unlock a door during the investigation or trial, they will remain locked until the end. Good luck in your investigations.” With that, the screen instead displayed the Murder Report: Victims: Axel, Kazuo, and Kurai Locations: Control Room and Male Restroom Causes of Death: Blood Loss
You have the next 2 hours of game time to send in your investigations (one today and one for the next game day). This is where I begin handing out the Verbal Bullets. After that, the trial will begin. You will be given 2 more hours of game time to try and convict the guilty party. Remember what is at stake.

The television cut on once more, revealing Jay. "Well, now that you have had time to investigate the assassinations, it is time for the trial to begin. I will be gracious and allow you three hours of trial time. During this time, you will come to the trial room and debate your fellow Assassins. You will need to come up with a decent motive for the murder before I will add someone to the voting list. A decent motive should explain all of the wounds, weapons, and the crime scene; it should also give a close approximation to what actually occurred. Then, you will all cast your votes on who you think killed who. Whoever has the most votes at the end will be executed. If nobody manages to come up with a motive, then nobody will be executed. Be wary. If an Assassin makes it through two trials, he/she gets to leave while the rest of you are executed. Good luck fellow Assassins." The television turned off. On a side note, you will have until the end of tomorrow's session. At that point the trial will end and the results will be counted. You can continue to investigate if you want during this time, but I will most likely only answer investigations during hosting hours. You can post in the trial even when the session is not ongoing.

(ADMINISTRATOR EDIT: PLEASE READ ECLIPSEZWOLF'S POST A LITTLE FARTHER DOWN.)
Before we begin. I think it best for me to explain the events which occurred in the Male Bathroom.
First, on the day of the murders, when I was investigating, I decided to check out the Male Bathroom, I saw specks of blood on the floor, in front of the sink, and was wondering, why and how. I then learned that Kurai was hiding here. He was going to go to bed for the night (leave game) and he was hiding in a stall. I told him about the blood and he didn't know about it. Kaz then walked in. He saw the blood and assumed the worst. I told him, that I had nothing to do with it. He also asked why a stall was locked. I told him Kurai was hiding there, and that nothing bad has happened. He didn't believe me and asked me to break down the stall. We did. Kurai was still there. Afterwards Kaz pushed me into Kurai and attacked with a sword. He slashed my ankles. In Self Defense I threw my Throwing knives at his legs. (I didnt wanna kill him) and then slashed at his arm with my kitchen knife. He then stabbed his sword into my arm. Then Kurai tackled him. I removed the sword from my arm and ran out with the sword. I ran..er crawled out. I crawled to the locker room, and found Karma. I told him what happened, he ran to the Bathrooms. I then went to the kitchen to bandage myself up. This explains the blood trails.
Then on the day the bodies were discovered, I went back to the Male Bathroom...and well…you know already.
On a side note, the training dummy was left there earlier...by me...I thought of using it in the Stealth Room to block the shutters, but it didn't work. So..I Investigated some more. And then just ditched it in the bathroom, WAY before any of this happened. (I actually forgot I had the dummy, when I learned I had it still, I ditched it.) So the Training Dummy is irrelevant.
This is everything I know about the Bathroom Murders, and also why I'm covered in blood. (Since I'm sure a few noticed it)
EDIT: BTW, I bandaged myself with the Kitchen's Napkin Cloths.

ADMINISTRATOR COMMENT PLEASE READ:
Just me acting as the Head Administrator real quick. I noticed that in JJ's post there were consistent OOC mentions to back up the argument. The numerous parentheses and such. I would like to remind everyone that you cannot use anything OOC in a trial.
Three specific ones are the issue.
1. (He then went AFK, (he was sick irl)) :: (leave game) :: (and he coincidentally came back around this time) 2. (Kurai told me too) 3. (Then the game ends for the night)
The first is not OK because it draws in OOC knowledge to determine if a person is capable of reacting. For all we know he could have lied to you in the skype chat so he could sneak out later(which he should never need to since nobody can use the skype chat as evidence in the first place.) or he is actually sick and his skype statement gets turned into an Alibi. Even if we cannot determine the truth between these two, the fact that you can consider someone being sick IRL as an alibi ruins the mystery.
The second is self explanatory. You were told in skype chat which is again, OOC information. You don't know it. Now if he told you in game(using the whole same room to talk rules) then you need to make that clear. Don't put it in parentheses, you need to state that X person told you, yelled it at you, or whatever. Either don't use the skype info or at least fit in his telling you with the story and not just a tacked on "HE SAID SO TOO."
Third is again, bringing in OOC information. None of the characters know the "Session Beginning or Ending" unless the mastermind explicitly states how time passes in game, say one session is a day night cycle. Establishing the exact time of events is a REALLY big deal. Players can take that single time frame and pin it to a session the events occurred or find out who was online at the time(also OOC stuff) to deduce the possible culprits.
SUMMARY TL;DR Using OOC information is forbidden on the site as a major offense. It can break trials very quickly by allowing more information to appear than is normally capable. It can swing the trial both ways, with the culprit trying to establish alibis by being "sick" or "on vacation" on skype when in reality they are doing things in game and just trying to make you take their supposed IRL comments as alibis. Or people identify who was active in the skype chat at the supposed time of the murder and just solely accuse people based on that(And it works sometimes).
All your posts must be IN CHARACTER. If you type something you character cannot say, such as symbols like ()[]{}, that are not their to show how to read the sentence etc then you are providing information out of character and out of context. If you want to say something you learned you need to make your character say it in character. That is your easy check for OOC, if you can't read it aloud to yourself entirely in character, you probably included something you shouldn't have.(Exception to this rule is the forging of theories which have a VERY SPECIFIC format)
Consider JJ's first post above the warning, its not a big deal this time and I won't go chasing anybody. If it keeps happening I will have to play head admin more and follow the rules of regulation, which is warning, temp ban, ban. Please act In Character and only use the information you have learned In Character.

"Such deafening silence... I suppose I will make my first attempt... On the assumption that the testimony is truth, Kazuo acted quite rashly. Perhaps it was an attempt to cover his tracks, or maybe he had witnessed something unusual.
On the assumption that the culprit is Kazuo, he had killed Axel earlier with a throwing knife and went to the male restroom to wash the blood that splattered on him. He threw the knife from the MA's office and hit Axel in the base of his neck. Axel was distracted by the book on anatomy and that is when the culprit struck. He was in the male restroom washing away the evidence of his crimes when he noticed a locked stall. He rushed to the weapon storage to grab a sword but another obstacle had arrived while he was away, Sheik. There is the possibility that he had grabbed the sword before and was simply trying to catch KK after he left the stall. The following will be accepted as it had been stated in the testimony and considered another series of murders.
For the other assumption, KK was the culprit. He had killed Axel with the throwing knife. The former half of the previous theory is the same as it is with Kazuo as the culprit, except that this time we have him as a witness. Kazuo saw the murder or the aftermath and hunted down the culprit. Kazuo stalked KK to the restroom, where he found Sheik examining the blood. Indrid had also come to wash earlier and hidden in the stall, causing Kazuo to immediately get suspicious of them both. Indrid got Sheik to leave the scene after they incapitated Kazuo, and then slit Kazuo's wrists."

After walking into the courtroom, Karma took a seat in the juror's section and began recalling what he remembered. After hearing Blake's accusation toward Kazuo, Karma couldn't help but smirk.
"Well, I suppose you might as well all hear my findings. I was examining the Locker Room's password lock in an attempt to get at a keycard, but Blake swooped in and stole the password and the keycard from me! After confirming that she did indeed take the keycard, I saw Sheik crawl into the Locker Room with his knees slit. I was told by him that Kazuo and Kurai were fighting in the Male Restroom, so I ran in there immediately."
"I found Kazuo already dead at the scene, but I saw Kurai was still alive. I saw him make some motion before I ran up to him, but by the time I got to him, he was dead. After discovering both of them, I let out a scream, and...you all know as much as me."
"I am currently carrying a throwing knife as well as a water bottle on my person, and I had them both when I discovered Kazuo and Kurai's bodies."

"Stole the password? It isn't really something to be stolen, though the clue could easily have been eaten.
Can you tell us something about Kazuo's state? He seems to have been bound by his own cape."

The body was discovered by three people, at least the one who died first, it being Kazuo's. This means that, unless an unknown Person X entered the room, cause additional damage to the bodies, and left without experiencing their death, one of these three must be the killer. However, the chance that said Person X truly arrived is minimal, seeing as the time gap according to the testimonies is not really enough for someone to discover the bodies and make the call. Additionally, there were no sword wounds among the corpses on scene, swords being the most common weapon.
Now, first I would like to mention the throwing knives situation. When Blake entered the Weapon Storage, there were 7 throwing knives, if I recall correctly, and Sheik confessed to me that he took 2 of those, and since when he entered the room there were 7, that would leave 5, that still remain in Storage. Meaning, that no knives have been taken since Sheik took both of his.
Before I opened the East Tower, I encountered Karma by chance. Upon investigation he was described as having 'his pockets bulging some'. I confirmed this to be plural, as in multiple pockets, meaning multiple objects. So, I asked Karma about the matter, he stated that, as he mentioned here, had only one throwing knife, and that his other pocket had a water bottle, the one he was seen holding in the Crime Scene. However, he stated that he encountered the water bottle in the Break Room, after I gave him Apple Pie. This directly contradicts with the time of my scan. So, I propose the following theory. Sheik left the room, told Karma, and Karma took his opportunity and made a final strike on Kurai, winning him the kill.
Also, about Axel's murder. The murderer probably left the book on Anatomy there as bait, then hid in the Office, leaving the door open. Once Axel stepped in, and had his back to the door, the killer threw the knife at his neck, from the side of the desk. Axel turned around but was too slow to move out of the way. The knife hit him in the base of the neck and the killer fled. We have no certainty that this murder is related to our other one, but, as Blake has already said, there is a high chance that the killer is Kurai. However, the culprit becomes impossible to determine once we realize that the murder could have been committed much before the bathroom incident, and no one had noticed until afterwards.
So, Karma, I accuse you. What do you have to say for yourself?

The television comes to life once more. "What a shame. Nobody even bothered to vote. What do I need to do to encourage you young Assassins? Do you guys like being thrown into a giant fan? Is that what will get you motivated? Oh well. Nobody was executed." The television turns off and the trial ends.
