The entire room is made of black marble and is ovaline. There are glass panes on the side walls, draped with gold-lined black curtains. It is too bright to see outside the windows. Blocks of stone stick out from the wall, upon which are black steel goblets holding black flames. The back wall has a portrait of the Princess flanked by red curtains.
In the center of the room is an ornate black oak desk, upon which are stacks of paper and a gold feather pen and ink well. The Princess, acting as the Princess-in-Council, is sitting in the chair and signing documents with the words "Royal Assent."
