The room is a circular chamber, made of a dull blue stone. In the center of the floor is a large design of a star made of red stone. There are three gargantuan doors equidistant from each other. One leads to the Sovereign Chambers, another leads to the Cabinet Chambers, and the last leads to the Judicial Chambers of the Privy Council.

There is a massive hole in the center of the floor leading to the Cardinal Cross.
