[Kai, Prince of V]

Rising from the Third Floor, the elevator comes to the center of a cross-shaped room. Two long hallways with high ceilings intersect in the center. The floors are made of marble, draped with red carpets. The walls are blindingly white, so it is difficult to ascertain the material they are composed of. Enormously large paintings deck the walls. To the north is the Hall of Virtue. To the east is the Hall of Armoury. To the west is the Hall of Philosophy. To the south is the Hall of Physic, which is locked. On the door is a note.

There is a large hole in the ceiling. A spiral staircase circles the hole from which the elevator rises, leading to the Star Chamber of the Privy Council.
