Riddle me this. We all know that Raphael is a mechanic... So he's anything but an amatur. Isn't it weird he was the first to act, cutting the stitches right off the bat? Well you make a good point about the technology, yet... I expected more of Raphael in ways of care.

After remaining quiet for most of the trial and listening carefully to everyone's deliberations over Sova's suicide, Zacharias felt the need to speak his mind. "I believe that the truth behind this case comes from an attack from a few short days ago. I heard from Bambi that Indrid got into a fight with Kizami after their initial fight with Sova, and that Kizami damaged Indrid's hand in the scuffle. This incident seems unusually familiar to Sova's since Sova's hand was damaged as well. Also, one person who specialized with manipulation helped Indrid bring Kizami into the Infirmary after Indrid's fight with him in the Hall of the Assembly. We all know this person as Junko Enoshima, the Despair, or as the SRCL Analyst. I think that Kizami could have been manipulated into killing himself in the Hall of the Assembly by poisoning himself with poison that Junko gave him. However, Indrid caught Kizami poisoning himself and stopped him just before his death. Indrid put up a struggle and defeated Kizami, ruining Junko's first attempt. However, Indrid's hand was damaged in his struggle with Kizami. After this failure, she most likely tried again with Sova. She probably noticed Sova taking one of the spears from the Throne Hall, and decided to use that to her advantage. She manipulated Sova to unlock his room and have both of them enter it privately. There she made him stab himself in the hand with a spear that had been gathered earlier. She then gave Sova a scalpel and manipulated him into burning himself alive in the flames in front of multiple witnesses. Also, since Junko saw Indrid performing surgery on Kizami and is the SRCL Analyst, she might have been able to pick up on some basic medical knowledge. Also, in regards to Raphael being guilty solely on the basis of that microchip...what if Junko had manipulated Raphael into giving her a microchip days earlier? She might not have even had to use her ability to get one. She could have told him she expressed an interest in micro-technology as a fellow analyst in order to get one to plant in Sova's wound. When Raphael saw the microchip, he may have realized Junko was trying to frame him for her crime and destroyed it to remove himself as a possible suspect. Since Trucy has a witness that can place Raphael at the scene of the crime, Raphael probably realized how suspicious he would look if the microchip was discussed in more detail at this trial, and that was why he destroyed it." {Theory Formatted} Culprit: Junko Enoshima
Victim: Sova Maahes
Murder Weapon: Shoulder wound inflicted by spear, scalpel on wrists, and burnt alive in fireplace.
Murder Route: Junko manipulated Sova in the East Wing into opening up his room. She then had him stab himself with his own spear from inside the room, and she sewed Raphael's microchip which she gathered earlier into his wound before stitching it up poorly. She gave him the scalpel and forced him into burning himself alive by controlling his movements with the microchip.
Closing Argument: Junko helps Indrid bring Kizami into the Infirmary after Kizami attacked Indrid. She took the scalpel from the Infirmary as part of her plan to kill Sova. She followed Sova's movements and noticed how Sova brought a spear into his room. She then convinced Raphael into giving her a microchip that she could examine as a SRCL Analyst. She then manipulated Sova into opening up his room for her, and she set up the scene to make it look like Sova struggled with someone in his room. She had Sova stab himself with his own spear to incapacitate him, and she stitched up the microchip into his wound. She knew that Sova had gotten into a fight earlier and thought most might attribute this wound as being from that original fight. She then forced Sova to burn himself alive with Raphael's microchip combined with her manipulation ability, rendering Sova virtually unable to resist going into the flames.

"Raphael is a mechanic. Not a doctor. But fortunately, we know someone who is skilled in medical practices. And if he were to steal technology fro someone.... who knows? Isn't that right... Indrid?"
- After hearing the abrupt addition of Zacharius, Bambi frowned. "Nice as that is, Indrid explained that he'd said something that somewhat provoked Kizami into attacking him. Traces of poison were found under the arm pit of Kizami after he was knocked out by Indrid and taken to the infirmary. there is no denying, however, that Junko has been witness to two violent events as of late."

Sigh Sigh SIGH. I'm getting so many boring answers. Must I take apart my own theory? Well first I look at another theory. Mr. Zach. Are you sure there wasn't a fight going on? Are you sure Sova had the spear? Are you sure sova even left his room that day? Where would he have gone? Did any one see sova that day?

Funny you should ask that, Trucy. Before I went on my investigation on the day of Sova's death, I saw him in the East Wing. And I believe that Sova grunting in his room was actually Junko forcing him to stab himself with the spear.

"Actually, the culprit's me. I spiked his drink for an amusing reaction. He didn't like it.
So I tried stabbing him. He didn't like that either and thought it'd be funny to shatter every bone in my arm. So I tried gutting him, but he was too short. So I asked Jude for a chocolate chip to heal his wounds, because that always works; but he gave me some piece of scrap metal instead. I decided it would suffice as a heart, but it wasn't anywhere near close, so I ran away.
Afterward, he decided to chase me; but little did he know, the [censored] kicked in; and soon he would find his whole world turned upside down. Everyone started proposing to him! And then he found himself on a chase throughout the mansion to give his pets the attention they deserve, with his knife! Everyone began to fall one-by-one until suddenly, he came across our beloved Jude! He then ran up toward Jude to have him bask in his honor, running out toward passionate flames, dazzling in the scorching heat!!
Then it turned out he ran into the fireplace and mistook the flames for passion. Also, everyone got stabbed at least thrice before this happened; and the victims turned out to be everyone except Williard, who was transported into another dimension to fight crime and beat up ghosts to get revenge on the diabolical Mr. Fuzzy Whuzzy! Armed with a Deku Leaf and an orange rupee, he travels across the street, facing the daily battles... against expensive pet care.
And that's what happened!"

Verbal Sword 4 - The angle of the knife wound in Sova's chest could not have been self-inflicted.
It would be impossible for Sova to stab himself with the spear, Zach. Not only that, but it was a knife wound.

Well, then, if the wound wasn't self-inflicted and it wasn't caused by Sova's spear, then Junko must have stabbed Sova from with a knife that she stole from the kitchen once she got him to open up his room for her.

"Johnny-boy.... if you'd spiked Sova's drink you would have needed a drug, and the only drugs available are lethal poisons and remedies. I don't htink anything could have rendered him that incapacitated."
His insane ramblings after that were simply ignored by the detective. She had no interest in something so silly, and would have left if not for the fact that she had no magical capabilities and thus could not stop her astral projection from being present.

The knife wound is from Sova's knife as per investigation. Sova's knife was bloody under the bed. Lastly Spear versus Knife, Spear always wins.

Sigh Sigh SIGH. I'm getting so many boring answers. Must I take apart my own theory? Static had been listening quietly for the past while, and felt something was not right. It was a nagging sensation. They were missing something. He decided to speak up, responding to a statement from earlier. "Allow me to comply." The AI was silent for a moment, as he composed his thoughts. This was a jumpy bunch. And he would have to handle them with care. "I object to the statement that Rahael was a mechanic (occupation/skill set is implied). He is a mech, he is a machine. In his application, it is not stated or implied that he had skills in inventing. He was created by someone else. The fact that he is a machine has little to nothing to do with any skills he might have in engineering. Name: Raphael Beta SRCL: He was created seven years afrer the start of the war, and in a frantic state to hide the identity of Raphael, the clocksmith had handed the child to Oxford's royal family, the Barons. Abilities:
Override coding of any mech programmed before his own creation- Although not created for battle, his durability is slightly bettet than a person of his age
- He is skilled at the violin after countless years of studying
"The ablility to 'override coding of any mech programmed before his own' has no actual physical action clarified. It could be done electronically for all we know. "The fact that the chip in Sova's shoulder would have burned out (or been overheated by the fire) can very well explain the fact that Sova began screaming a minute after laying in flames. Only after. "The chip was a device used to control Sova's actions until it ceased to work. This would explain Sova's dazed manner in which he appeared upon entrance to the Foyer. "How do you suggest that Rahpael obtained this chip? Did he construct it? With what tools and materials? "I think a more suitable culprit would be the so called 'Inventor'. " Static inhaled deeply. He hadn't planned on saying so much, but now that it was out there, he felt more relieved. (I will be changing characters to) Name: NoxSRCL: The Watchmaker Background: Nox was once a loving and kind man and was known as an incredible inventor, however this changed after he encountered an incredibly powerful artifact. Once changed by the Eliacube(the artifact in question), Nox is obsessive, insane and ruthless in pursuit of his goal. This goes as far as being willing to annihilate entire races of people to obtain his desires. However, he is not cruel or without conscience- he is shown to regret the harm he causes, but continues anyway, as in his insanity truly believes that with enough power he can go back in time and actions will be undone. Abilities: -He is a Xelor, a race that interacts with Time. As such almost all his abilities are time-themed. -He can slow down time and, with the assistance of powerful artifacts, stop it completely. The weaker version can be broken if the affected is particularly strong willed. The stronger version requires a magical counter. -With the assistance of the most powerful artifacts he can manifest life energy itself and wield it as a weapon. -He can teleport limited distances and suspend himself in air. -His durability is one of his strongest suits, with his links to powerful artifacts protecting him even if he armor is broken. -He also possesses a sword themed like the hand of a clock. -Obviously a watchmaker, so skilled with gearwork and usually has many small contraptions that do his dirty work. (Sorry for any grammar mistakes! Mobile devices+typing=trouble.)

I'm sorry but from what I've read from the logs, you're beating at a dead horse. There's absolutely nothing connecting Junko to the case other than your baseless claims of "She COULD have manipulated people!". This senseless accusation is simply wasting our time. I would ask that you refrain from accusing poor Junko any further until you find proper evidence that she is even remotely connected to the murder apart from baseless conjecture. On the other hand, I see that Trucy's idea of Raphael has been uncontested apart from this baseless accusation. Could we focus on that? The micro-chip at least puts a little suspicion on him, much more than Junko, Zach.

Bambi was not decidedly supportive of Static's theory, despite the face that he had caught her mistake. She had over looked some of the man's background details. "But wouldn't being a mech give him more intellect with such things, like microchips? I no nothing about them And if he worked on other mechs, then he could have easily had a chance to do their programming as well." she added. "I refuse to consider Nox. He has not been present for the past few days as far as I know, and has had little contact with anyone. As far as I have seen, he doesn't work specifically with anything related to programming.' she stated rather easily.
"And it's not just the microchip... there's also the spear."
