The room is circular, and columns around the circle engraved into the floor holds up the dome-shaped ceiling.
Above the columns is a strip of carvings into the wall that go around the whole room. The carvings are of varying scenes. Some of the scenes are of a coronation ceremony, a victorious battle with a flying flag, farmers settling a land, people practicing alchemy and so on.
The dome is open. The engraved circle in the floor rises up like an elevator to the Cardinal Cross and comes back down periodically.
Between each pair of columns is an archway to another room. The path directly across from the entrance leads to the Grand Ballroom.
Next to the entrance are pathways to the Grand Royal Suites. On the left is the Grand Suite of the Princess, and on the right is the Grand Suite of the Prince. The door to the Apollo Room is broken. There is a trail of ash and two trails of blood leading to the Artemis Room. There is a trail of splattered blood coming from the Artemis Room leading into the Grand Ballroom. Three pools of blood lead into parallel trails leading to the Apollo Room.
