So of course, when making an application, you have to mention why in the world have you been put in the prison in the first place: murder, theft, arson, vandalism, lollygagging, innocent but framed, amnesia and you don't know, anything and everything works. (these are basically what official reasons and/or what you claimed, if you are blamed for murder but you were actually framed, you can keep the secret of frame and not post it here but should still notify me) You are also free to list more than one crime~』

Barin was arrested and put into prison after failing his schemes in Season DICE, miraculously surviving the fall from the spacecraft. At this time, all of his past crimes were brought up and he was given a life sentence. Except, Barin is not the least bit dissatisfied with his situation, he simply smiles and says it's perfectly normal to be put in prison after what he's done.

Crimes: Mass kidnapping, Mass murder, Mass destruction, Genocide, Illegal research, Illegal human experimentation, Animal abuse, Torture, Enslavement, Theft, Possession of WMDs, Public disorder, Terrorism, Lead a feline rebellion and created an army of mutant nekos, Tried to take over the world and turn all of humanity into nekos.

Nekotori is an overlord descending from an alien race of nekos and came to Earth after her home planet of Nekotopia was destroyed by an asteroid which may or may not have been randomly caused by Nir out of boredom. Believing its her destiny to restore her race and civilization, she attempted to create a new Nekotopia on Earth by enslaving humanity and turning them all into her own kind. She nearly succeeded but was eventually subdued and captured then taken to a certain prison where she now serves a life sentence. Having suffered a devastating and humiliating defeat, she thought her destiny to create a new Nekotopia will never be fulfilled and that her kind would be doomed to extinction as she slowly rots in her cell. But then something happens that will determine her fate and perhaps the fate of her entire race...

Crimes: 28 counts of disorderly conduct, over $200,000 in private property damage, 5 counts of grand theft auto, 4 counts of assault, 3 counts of assault with intent to maim, 14 petty theft charges, 2 counts of assaulting an officer of the peace, 1 count of perjury, 13 acts of vandalism, and 1 count of possession of class-4 drugs (a literal gallon of LSD...inside of a milk jug) all in the same night. Upon gaining some coherency (police assumed that "coherency" was when he no longer believed that square rooms were just conspiracies made by circular rooms), all he would ask is whether he actually finished off the gallon.

Name: Kazuo Jiyu (More infamously known as 'The Phantom')

Charges: 5 counts of Larceny, 36 counts of Grand Larceny, 13 counts of Assault on an officer, 1 count of assault resulting in grievous bodily harm. 

Not much is really known about Kazuo, he gained the power of 'Persona' during his early days of being a transfer student, an unfortunate side effect of this power however was he became obsessed with the art of gentlemanly thievery.  Eventually he turned himself in, satisfied with the haul he had hidden away he told the police everything except it's location.  He now resides in the nameless prison, keeping to himself mostly, trying not to let his Persona get the best of him.

Charges: First Degree Murder (3 counts), Second Degree Murder (4 counts), Obstruction of Justice (Framing dead sister), Stalking, Torture, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assualt

Shion kidnapped all of her friends and her family acting as her sister. She proceeded to torture and murder all of them. She then framed her twin sister, whom she had killed as well.

Name: Junko Enoshima

Crimes: Fraud, First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, Terrorism, Abduction/Kidnapping, Illegal Research, Illegal Human Experimentation.

Junko was caught trying to upload a version of herself in willing down graded humans/class mates, who she deceived, so she could take over the world for a world of just herself. The police apprehended her using high voltage tazers and took all the equipment she had. The students she experimented on, are all in hospital.
