The Plains are large and beautiful, nothing but flat grassy lands stretch out for as far as the eyes can see. You can see everyone walking around for miles away easily, it would be very easy to communicate while keeping your distance here.
There is a path that leads into a beautiful garden from the Plains that seem to lead into Monochi Mansion from Chaos City. The plains stretch out endlessly opposite that and eventually lead to a Large Stadium.
