Chaotic Racetrack

A smooth Dirt Trial leads into the Chaotic Racetrack on one end. The Dirt Trial leads right into a flight of stairs into the stadium. A large dome of seats surrounds the Chaotic Racetrack in a circular shape.
On the other end of the Chaotic Racetrack opposite the Dirt Trial is a second trial, this time made of pure stone. The stone path seems to lead into a Large Fortress made of stone that has a drawbridge. The drawbridge is up and is surrounded by a cliff that is above water. It seems the water leads into a Tunnel.
A road also seems to stem from the Chaotic Racetrack that turns into an extremely long highway labeled Highway 999. There is a picture of a devil standing to the right of a mirror on the back of the sign.
The Chaotic Racetrack has no cars, but many monitors surround the lush grass in the center of the Chaotic Racetrack. There is a smooth track that the monitors automatically record placements and speeds as they pass checkpoints. There is an easy access lift that lifts cars right from the Highway into the Chaotic Racetrack and vice versa.
There is a single pedestal in the center of the Chaotic Racetrack with placements listed, the lower the placement, the higher the placement. The placements are marked 1st, 2nd, and ?????. The ????? placement seems to be the shortest of the 3.
