WALUIGI'S SUPER RESORT seems to have a reception desk. The desk is unseated at the moment.
There seems to be many swimsuits hanging on the wall with price tags on them, there are swimsuits for both men and women. There are other swimming items such as tubes, noodles, and even a raft. The raft doesn't seem like it would take you very far though, it seems cheaply made.
The building has another exit that seems to lead outside of the city.
