Chaotic Revisit features new rules compared to Chaotic Reunion. If any rules are confusing or feel they need some work, please contact the Mastermind of the season Mystio to discuss and work around it.
Players take control of Gods and follow various rules that are placed by Monochi. Players have memories of everything, including if they were a God their whole life, and even if their story seems to counteract everything in play. Gods that did not have a godly existence before the game suddenly learn that they, too, are God.
No players know why they are here, recognize the world before them at all, or know what is going on. However, players from Chaotic Reunion will retain all their memories of the previous game.
This game is set 3 years after Chaotic Reunion.
The game's setting takes place in the giant Chaos City. This city seems to have some resemblances to the Chaos Maze that the first game took place in. Because of this, many locations of the City will rotate during certain points of the game, including a Maze Like Area. The world is large to explore, and many empty areas exist. The city is uninhabited and bare, yet full of mysteries and secrets. Learning about the area, what happened to the people, who you are, and about Monochi is key to solving the mystery and deciding where you want to take the game.
Each day, every Playable God will receive RNG Super Power Quests. The power you receive is slightly influenced by whether you are a God of Destruction, a God of Creation, or a God of Knowledge. Every char is strong in one point, and weak in another. Although it is possible to get any of the 3 powers. Powers are also influenced by balance, this means if a player has a Destruction and a Creation power, their next power has a greater chance of being a Knowledge. A system taking all values into consideration determines which power type you obtain before the day starts.
Players must fulfill 3 conditions in order to unlock the power within them. The 3 conditions are always:
-Locate / Influence an already existing object in the world.
-Locate / Influence a character in the world.
-Perform an action, usually to yourself.
Once you have fulfilled all 3 conditions, you will obtain the Super Power and learn the effects. Powers stack and you can use them whenever you want to do various things.
Players will not lose super powers with the exception of 3 events that can make them lose them.
-If a player is caught in trial, they will lose every single power they have obtained so far in the game.
-If a player learns of another player using a power and makes that power public, that player will lose the power.
-If a player kills themselves with a power, they will lose it and no trial will be held.
This means you are able to use a power to kill and keep it afterwards.
This also means you can share your power with others or keep learning one a secret and use it for blackmail.
Trials occur when 2 or more people discover a body. A body location discovery announcement will be made if an hour passes with no discoveries (a body can be found in this area, good luck finding it!). Once a body is discovered, a trial will start where players investigate and gain Verbal Bullets and then argue about who the killer is. If the culprit is found, they will lose every power including the one that killed the player.
Accidental deaths count. Suicides do not.
Additionally, Gods can not die. Gods will heal depending on how severe the death is, this can take anywhere from 1 hour to up to 2 days to recover from the blow. Dead bodies will be notified how long the healing process will take so that they can go do whatever. Medicines can not heal the dead, but powers might be able to help.
Powers of Creation will allow players to build upon the very world. Players can use these powers to even build upon civilization, buildings, and even improve technology. Be wary of other players though, as its just as easy to build civilization as it is to destroy it. The stronger the Power of Creation, the more difficult it will be to destroy.
Powers of Destruction can be used to kill, injure, or even destroy the world. Powers of Destruction come in various shapes and sizes, and come in an arsenal of effects.
Powers of Knowledge can be used to manipulate the world, learn about it, and trick others in various ways to give yourself an edge. Some powers of knowledge will require other powers to compliment it.
The last thing to know is that the game also features a Monetary system where each player starts with $1000. Money can be stolen, or traded for various reasons. Money can be used with Monochi at a special shop located in the game.
