The Next Season After DICE

Hey everybody Eclipse here with the big question many of you are wondering, What Game will be next after DICE?
Sea has alerted me that he expects DICE to end in about a week, although it could go longer or end faster depending on the mysterious actions of our players. As such I would like to request all Masterminds with accepted season applications who feel they will not be ready within 2-3 weeks to notify me of that. 

Now that said, the next game will be determined based on
A. Which Mastermind wishes to host and if they are available.
B. The Order with which seasons were accepted.

If you are a mastermind with an accepted season application and desire to host the next game after DICE (again, within 2-3 weeks) please post below with your Season Title. When DICE ends then the mastermind with the highest priority and who has posted below stating they are prepared to host next game will be the next host. That said, if you post below and are chosen to be the next host, but actually are not prepared to start then I will not only change who hosts next, I will reduce your priority of hosting to the lowest of all the currently accepted seasons. So please only post if you are or can be prepared to host within the next 2-3 weeks.

I assume you all are waiting to see if any other mastermind agrees before saying you can.

If the general response of all the masterminds is that 2-3 weeks is too short a window then we can discuss extending it.

SEASON CALIFORNIA

There, I've said it. About the only thing that would be difficult for me would be that my real-life schedule might be hard to determine. The game would easily be ready to run, I was just hoping to have a more certain schedule.

That being said, if players are willing to work with me if my schedule shifts, I would be ready to if no one else is. Oh, and February 12-15th, if I'm hosting during that time frame, will be a game pause.

Is there a schedule with the dates of the seasons coming after DICE?

No, because our masterminds have a habit of announcing their seasons while they aren't fully prepared for them. So they end up taking multiple weeks/months saying that they aren't ready while I'm stuck with inventing new games for people to play (this actually happened for awhile).

Making a schedule would be difficult because over half the people who say they have seasons don't have them properly made yet, and the time in which they can complete a season varies depending on the person.

He is correct on that matter. Since people apply to host significantly faster than one can actually host we have a number of seasons that are "in development." For the purpose of determining which of those seasons and hosts are prepared, I created this thread.

Based on the current responses the next Season will be Season California. Once DICE ends I will speak with Daedalus, if he remains uncontested for next host, and we will determine an exact start date.

DICE has officially concluded so the next season will be determined.

Based on those here who are prepared and their priority has been determined.

Mafia Game Code: M will be the next Season. Sova I will speak with you on skype to determine a specific start date.
Daedalus and Season California are prepared, but were not selected. You are granted priority over all other currently unfinished seasons meaning you will have #1 Priority for the next season after Code M.

wow really Eclipse, I was under the impression that if I had wanted to I could have been right after Sova, if Luna wasn't ready, I probably wouldn't have been ready but if this was how it was gonna work, I would have liked a head up before you go deciding changes in priority like your post above.

A couple things
a. This board is archived. Bring it up elsewhere. Your lucky I noticed this.
B. The reason for me changing priorities is to let hosts who are ready go. During season applications and such I asked for people to request a board when they were ready to begin developing the game "on the forums." I saw no reason to maintain other people's priority over Dae when he had a fully fleshed out map and everybody else had an app and rules thread.
C. If just applying for a season guaranteed you the order then Mirai Nikki probably would go before you. I am prepared to fudge with that initial order to make sure the ready hosts go. I am not going to make any player, Dae in this case, wait through the development of 5 games and them being played before he can host his season that he was ready to host last week.

If you don't like it post in the site feedback board. If you want to argue why I shouldn't you can debate it with me in Skype later (currently waiting to start a 3 hour road trip so definitely later).
