"Ernst, I believe it was on the news at the announcement of reconstruction plan for the city but I suppose I was overshadowed by that but yes I came on as an adviser at the start of reconstruction"

"I see, so around the beginning of the reconstruction plan for the city. Do you happen to know anything about the reconstruction of the city? Why it's happening, how long it will take, and how much effort is being put into it?"

"The Mayor has taken the reigns of the reconstruction of the city, he has only asked me for assistance on minor issues at the moment nothing quite informative, I have my hands full with the education bill that I proposed I believe it was on the news."

"oh yes due to the negative response towards the bill we at city hall have decided to host an open forum tomorrow, I haven't been told where yet but it should be on the news later"

"That is interesting to hear indeed, the bill itself is rather controversial due to a number of reasons as far as I have heard. Reasons included but were not limited to the costs and sudden change to people's schedules that would have to take place, as well as it diverting funds away from reconstruction. What exactly did the reform entail again? And why did you decide to push it through?"

"well, Ernst the Mayor and I discussed many hours over why there is a need for this bill, reasons are numerous but the most important is the benefits to the students education I will discuss this in more detail tomorrow so you can save your questions for then. reasons being as telling a single citizen what I will discuss tomorrow will only benefit you and maybe your readers weeks from now but the bill will pass tomorrow not weeks from now so save the questions for the bill for tomorrow."

"I actually interviewed the mayor prior to yourself and he said that he had absolutely no idea as to why you've only suddenly decided to push this bill through. He said that it was diverting from the reconstruction of the city. I do not mean to be rude, but I believe that there must be more to this. Avrak City has never had issues with its educational system as far as I know, so why the sudden change? If you do not wish to answer that, that is fine. You do seem to be in a hurry, after all."

"all will be answered tomorrow, Mr.Ernst but its 1:30 PM now the mayor won't be happy if I am late back after my lunch break, one of the smaller reasons for the change was the fear that the students would endanger themselves by wandering into construction sites..."
