Mastermind File Rules
Welcome to the Mastermind Files. Here you can find information on all currently accepted masterminds.
There will be a single thread for each mastermind filled with information about their masterminding preferences and habits.
These files are maintained in order to allow users to know more about the mannerisms and systems each mastermind prefers so that they know what kind of game they may be in for when signing up for a game hosted by one such mastermind.
Now the rules of this place really only matter to the Masterminds and I touched on the main one already.
Rule 1: All accepted Masterminds MUST maintain their own mastermind file. This is non-negotiable. The file only changes as you host games so if you cease hosting games you will no longer need to worry about updating this file.
Rule 2: You must include all the required information that will be shown below these rules.
Rule 3: You may include any extra information beyond the basic information required in rule 2.
Rule 4: You must be truthful when describing your masterminding tactics/habits. We may not want to acknowledge them, but some of our habits result in difficult situations in games. If I catch you clearly lying I will confront you and should you refuse to correct the infraction you will be forbidden from masterminding.
Now I am sure all the mastermind are wondering what kind of information they need to have in their respective files. The required information is as follows:
Mastermind Name: (This is your general Username that everyone knows you by, not necessarily the name of your plot mastermind)
Mastermind Level: (This is your level as mastermind. You should have received one after you applied as mastermind. Place it here)
Games Hosted: (Number of games hosted here): (Names of all seasons hosted here)
Mastermind Style*: Murderous or Neutral or Mysterious (explained farther down)
Mastermind Difficulty: 1-10 (The difficulty of winning one of your games assuming the other players are no issue. 1 is easiest and 10 is hardest. Be honest! If you feel you have differing difficulties depending on your style, make sure to say so!)
Mastermind Traits: (This section is open to the mastermind and should be used to state quirks about the mastermind that are too wide spread to have a specific category)

*The Mastermind style is determined by how much a mastermind favors the different options in their murder mystery games. Games tend to be winnable via Murder OR Mystery and its not secret that certain masterminds prefer one over the other in their games. If you are hosting games intending to have murder and its consequences be a major facet please choose Murderous. If murder is just a piece of the puzzle in the mystery you are weaving and you would rather see the players overcome your secrets then please choose Mysterious. If you are in between these or are unsure, please choose Neutral. I may request you to set this to one or the other if you host a number of seasons that go towards one side.
