This street leads to dead ends on either end. Near the middle intersection there is an enormous school complex. Further down the street, you see a convenience store and café built strangely close to one another. A large domed observatory has been built next to the school building.

-A hooded person suddenly appears on the stand-

"Confused? It seems your cowardly city advisor decided it would be safer to stay at home. No matter."
"What I have come to speak with you today is about Dice. Do you feel unsatisfied with your life? With just a roll of a die, everything can change. Yes, these are the dice that can change the world. And now..."
-The hooded person clamps his hand on the box, and the box explodes, scattering hundred of dice all over the street-
