The rug here is green and has golden patterns weaving around it like an insignia. This rug feels extremely thick, and you can’t feel the floor underneath it.
Underneath this rug you find a trapdoor. It leads to a small storage chamber filled with piles of maps and charts. Among them you find several maps of the island with distinct landmarks on them. You also find several maps of the ocean with safe routes from the island to the mainland marked. There is a box filled with compasses lying in the corner.
