This information booth has been modeled into a hot air balloon. Unlike an actual hot air balloon, though, there are no gas canisters or sandbags for anchors. The balloon portion, itself, is made of papier-mâché, hidden beneath layers of glue, spray paint, and mock flowers. The flowers have petals made of a dense fabric. The basket serves as the booth, itself, except scaled larger. There’s no documents or laptops in sight at this information center, but there are plenty of one-of-a-kind Waku Party PDA’s.
