Two velvet ropes lead off from the back of the stage, going off into the distance. These ropes appear to form a path for challenge-breaking hopefuls. Eight rows of folding chairs are lined in front of the stage, given a gap of ten feet from the spectacle. A plethora of items for attempted challenges have been shoved into a collage of cardboard boxes. A plaque of bolded guidelines and disclaimers is placed within view of the audience; of course, only the sign, itself, is visible as the font, even when bolded, requires squinting from afar.
