Described as one of the most ostentatious hotel-exclusive restaurants, Ches renovates its interior theme with each passing season. The overhead lights, dangling a foot from the ceiling, have stained glass panels, in the form of petals, surrounding them. A gourd-shaped crater is filled with water, lily pads, and koi fish; above it, there stands a decorative red bridge. There is a balcony located outside a set of doors, but the balcony, as well as its pair of doors, are also meant to be a part of the decor. The balcony is unable to sustain more than the weight of two people, and the balcony doors do not budge open in the slightest; it seems that a latch has locked it from the outside.
