Here you find an open space covered by a grassy lawn. A toolshed stands in a corner, while a part of the yard has been fenced off. Beyond the fence you can see flowers of various vibrant colors blooming. A large oak tree stands near the fence, and many fallen acorns and small branches are scattered near it. The metal fence surrounding the manor extends here as well, and there doesn’t appear to be any way past it.
The first floor of the manor has collapsed, leaving the mansion surrounded by rubble. You see a hole in the rubble here, it might be possible to enter the manor through it.
