In this room you find many paper-filled clipboards hanging from the wall with pens attached to them. A huge mechanical chamber bit enough to stand in is next to a small pool of water, and you can see an underwater tunnel leading out of the room. The machine has a set of holographic controls floating next to it, along with a few holographic projectors. Several doors lead out of the room from here.
