Here you find a large room filled with items made from gears scattered about. Several grandfather clocks stand at the edges of the room, each ticking away at their own pace. A desk made from gears has been placed at the center of the room, and many papers are scattered over it. A rod made from gears has been chained to the desk, and you can feel a slight power emanating from the rod.
