This is a fairly large lobby. Across from the front entrance there is a reception counter. It is empty with nothing there. There is a corridor at the back with a backdoor and stairs to 2nd floor connected to here. To the west there is a locked door. It has no key lock or anything but is just locked. Doesn't appear like you can get in. To the side of that door there is another door. On the east side of Lobby there is a double door. There is a sign on it that reads "Meeting Room".
