Hidden Alley?

The blatantly obvious alleyway seems to stretch out in a long narrow path. It's cold and dark, a couple trash bins are seen that are filled with trash. The trash bins are colored by organization, but it's quite obvious that the garbage isn't sorted in the slightest.

The path seems to continue for a little while. You can see another sign near the middle of the alley with another huge arrow pointing back to Chaos City.

There is a small tree here.
