Chaotic Apartment Complex (Outside)

The yard surrounded the building has an ugly yellowish grass that looks dead. The building is roughly three stories high and it seems to be decently length.
A large glass door surrounded by glass is seen at the front, inside and past the glass you can see a small area with nothing in it but a machine on the wall, a locked glass door is seen past that. The narrow space could only fit a few people.
Past the glass wall you can see a hallway branch left and right, and an elevator across from the door. You can not make out anything else.
Above the front door near the top of the building are the letters CHAOS in a font similar to apartment numbers. The building has a flat roof. Various windows are seen from the two floors.
The front of the building has stairs that drop down into the entrance of the building with a railing on both sides, along with a slope on the left side of the stairs also surrounded by a railing that's wide enough for a wheelchair.
You can make out two trees, one of average height near the back left of the building, and one far in the front of the building on the right. There is also a door with no door handle on the right of the building that is painted the same color as the wall.
