On a perfectly normal day, with the sun shining and everything going perfectly well, you suddenly find a strange letter in your mailbox. It is colored monochrome black-and-white, and has a strangely familiar seal on the top. Naturally you open up the letter and begin reading.

Dear Applicant,

I am sending you this letter because I need your help. My life has been filled with regrets, and I want to change that. Please send a reply to the address enclosed with your Name and a Photograph or Self-Portrait, and report to -insert location here- if you are willing to help.
