They aren't needles from the infirmary, these are sewing needles, I'm fairly certain that the infirmary contained probes.

This trial is beginning to bore me! You people still don't learn do you? Well then! I guess its about time I unleash the ultimate verbal sword that will put an end to this trial once and for all!As the Witch of Miracles, I call upon the Red Verbal Sword of Truth!
Red Verbal Sword of Truth: *The True Culprit*
By applying a "clever but complex method of elimination" I was able to narrow down the culprit with 100% accuracy and without using any evidence at all presented in this trial. I will not go into detail about the process itself but basically its all about "possibility". This method however can only be applied exclusively by me, the Witch of Miracles. And so. After applying this method in this case. I have to the conclusion that the one who without a doubt murdered Yin is non other than John Smith!Surprised? I'm sure most of you weren't expecting this but yes, the murderer is indeed John Smith! And now your going to ask me, Where is my proof? Well I don't have any physical proof to support this claim but I'm just simply giving you guys an option since of you all seem to be having a very difficult time trying to name the culprit. Ill be leaving up to you guys to decide whether you accept my generous claim or not.
But if you guys really want proof. Why don't we start the voting soon and test it out ourselves? Shall we?

I... what? How can... that doesn't even...
Jude takes a moment to compose himself.
Even if voting for that person in particular was already my intention, that... does that even constitute as logic? How do you know this?

Hmm, an interesting proposition, Bernkastel. However, without any evidence we can't completely trust that John Smith is the murderer. However, if we know the identity of the murderer, we can trace the murder back to him. I believe it's about time to start pointing out the most suspicious aspects of every suspect we still have, as no further evidence will be presented. If we assume the culprit hid something related to the murder, then it must have been something used to transport the items used in the murder, since every weapon that was used has been found, and everything used to cover up the evidence has been found as well. Upon this assumption, I believe the culprit hid a pouch, or something else which had markings from the needles. If someone is missing a pouch, then they could be a likely suspect.

Seeing as you earlier mentioned that you swore you saw needles somewhere, John Smith, and the possibility of the ones in the infirmary matching the ones using in the murder exists...
Why didn't you remember? You clearly visited the infirmary before for a number of bottles of poison. Do you have anything to say in your defence?

"Yes, I will admit to having claimed the two poison bottles. However, if your only argument is that only I recall seeing needles, then why haven't any others who've visited the Infirmary recall that needles were there? You yourself stated that numerous people had searched the Infirmary. If my recalling that they exist is a symbol of my guilt, then so be it.
Vote for me and see the results of the trial."

Alright, let's get a map of this murder before we finish up here. The culprit first went to both the east and west wing bathrooms to collect the towels used in the murder. They also went up to the infirmary to collect the needles. The order the culprit did this in is irrelevant because all the items must have been collected before the murder occurred. During the murder, the culprit attacked Yin by pulling the towel over her face and pinning it into place with needles. After Yin was dead, they set her down and went to the west bathroom. There, the culprit washed their hands, drying them on a towel afterwards. This explains the bloody water found in the bathroom. Next, the culprit went to the east bathroom to place the wet towel. (Verbal Sword #4 - The West Bathroom was used to wash off blood) The towel had a spot of blood on it, so it was definitely used in the murder. Having disposed of their evidence, the culprit goes back to the grand foyer to drag the body to the fireplace, by the ankles. Since the fire crackling was heard almost one hour after the scream, there has already been more than enough time for the evidence to be disposed of. Next, the culprit hides the last piece, or pieces of missing evidence. Since the bathrooms have already been used to hide evidence, they are an unlikely location. Player rooms are open during investigation, so that too is unlikely. Then from the grand foyer, the culprit must have gone to the 2nd floor to find a suitable hiding place. This means the evidence is most likely hidden in connecting rooms to the second floor lounge, unless the culprit had prepared a specific location, which is unlikely given the size of the palace, and the culprit risks other people seeing them the more they move. Then, where we end up is with the culprit on the 2nd floor, having hidden the evidence from the murder. Here it's unlikely that the culprit moved back to their room, since it would mean crossing the crime scene that they already knew about, and possibly encountering someone else there, thus raising suspicion on themselves. Which means the culprit likely moved down to the grand foyer from the 2nd floor when the body was discovered. Although this won't do us any good if we don't have accurate alibis, it's at least a start.

『I think I have been watching from the sidelines long enough. I might as well reconstruct the murder in order I think it happened.』
『First thing of all, the culprit visited both bathrooms. There, they noticed that West Bathroom had no towels and had blood in one of the sinks. Next, they went to the East Bathroom and took the 2 towels. One to be used on the victim Yin and one likely to be used to protect themselves from any stray blood splatters.』
『Once they had everything they needed and confirmed absence of anyone in both Wings and the Grand Foyer, they proceeded to start the murder. They covered Yin's head with a towel so that she couldn't see and so that her first reaction would be to try to take it off, and while she was busy with that, they took both needles and simultaniously stabbed them into her temple using both of their hands. That is the moment when scream has occurred.』
『Scared of the chance of people coming by to check the scream and find them, the culprit ran away. The place where they headed, was West Bathroom. There, they washed off any blood they had on themselves and 2nd towel. Afterwards they went to East Bathroom and placed the towel, washed off to extend that you couldn't tell it was bloody from first sight. Once finished, they returned to the sight of murder where they saw that nobody has touched the corpse that was lying in the pool of their own blood now. Using that chance, they then took the victim by her ankles and carried her to fireplace. But placing a bloodied corpse inside like that would certainly get the blood on them so instead they took a chair standing nearby and pushed the corpse further in. And then after placing chair back in it's place, the murder was complete.』
『Also, it might not be 100% correct, but I do assume that afterwards culrpit couldn't go to the 2nd floor. During the time the murder was happening, the great me and Servbot were on 2nd floor visiting places connected to princes with the finished pendant. And around the time when Lancer and Jude say they heard the sound of fireplace cracking, we decided to go to that same Lancer for tiara that is a matching piece to the pendant where we found the victim first. Thus, we could've met someone on our way to the 1st floor if they were to go to 2nd yet we didn't. But I will repeat, it might not be entirely correct since it takes mere seconds for someone to run through hallways and it could just be that they did before we got there.』
