Someone feel like explaining why we were all called here?

Jude stops inhaling his chicken and cheese pizza to read out a paper that he found earlier.
Well, I happened to find this paper just a while ago that I wanted to talk to you guys about. It reads...

Upon examining the piece of paper, you see a gold seal on it. The paper is heavily burned around the edges, but much of it remains intact. The paper reads:
“of treason and revealing classified royal secrets
sentenced to EXECUTION, to be carried out
1627. His remains are to be discarded in the
beneath the Palace. Divulging any information
will result in EXECUTION, as a crime against the
decreed as law in 1513 by Her Majesty, Princess

Love live Her Majesty, long may she reign.
Minister of the Crown,
Royal Household Bureau”

What do you guys think this means? At the moment, if we link this up with the prince's diary entries, we can assume that the prince and princess were born on the 13th of August, 1487. I'D LOVE TO CONTINUE BUT YOU CRAZED DRUNKS NEED INFORMATION TO CALM DOWN.

... Right, are we feeling better? Just a bit? I certainly hope so, because I'd like to discuss what this means. Why would someone be executed well over 100 years later in the future? What impact would that have upon this... kingdom, if we can assume that this is a kingdom, then the outcome is clear that our dear inviting princess has quite a few things to hide. How is she still alive? Why is she still so youthful? Also, another thing that bothers me is that--

Sigh, the important things that I draw from that are pretty basic. It states the punishment for revealing information about a specific incident, as indicated by the bit about His Remains as corpse discussion would not show up in a royal decree if it was unrelated, would be death. So the Princess wants to keep the incident hushed up. The other tidbit is that combining dates we can predict the princess's and the prince's age to be about 26 at the point of this declaration.

As... as I was saying, when it comes to the date of 1627, I managed to use that to solve a puzzle with the help of Yin. Is there any indicator of what year it currently is, though? I know that we're at least beyond the 1500's, if only because I managed to find the Prince's diary as well as other documents that mention dates such as '97 and '03 and whatnot. It only makes sense for it to be around the 1500's that way. But there was one document that I noticed right when I came to in this place, which read the following:

Removing the life out of someone... when thinking back to my earlier conversation with the Princess, she didn't tell me as to what actually happened to the Crown Prince. The princess also obviously has a thirst for power, which is further evidenced by other documents we've stumbled upon.

Other documents we've read also mention that someone, most likely the princess, was being schooled by a man named Previz, who was supposedly capable of regenerating himself after being stabbed. What if alchemy can elongate one's lifespan significantly? One of the documents on alchemy did also mention the following:

"It becomes more sinister when one notes that blood is the most potent ingredient for power."

I found a note earlier in Yang's room which read the following:

"The only way through this palace is with blood."

There has to be more to this, but I'm starting to see some connections here... But I'd like to get some rest before speculating any further. I may just be making some things suit my explanation without thinking about it. I'm also a bit... shaken up at the moment, so I'd like to stop here for now. I'm sorry. Hopefully we can solve some more things on the morrow.
