So where is the fire? I'd like to go see it for myself!

"The garden. It blazes and blazes, but doesn't burn.

I splashed water on it and nothing happened. It also doesn't give off heat."

Oh! The Garden? That's where the bomb was!

"Well, I suppose it might help if I carefully recount my findings in the garden to you all..."



After saying these words, Zacharias sat down on one of the desks and recounted his findings.

"Two things in the garden stuck out to me as unusual. In the area of the garden called the King's Mirror, if you place an object on the water's surface, it vibrates the object as well as the water. Another thing I noticed was this statue that grew seemingly endless moss. However, throwing water from the King's Mirror over this moss caused it to evaporate for a few seconds before growing back."

Bambi listened carefully to Yin before giving in. Magic and demonic possession had been present at the Vacation Home. It would be no surprise if this was also some illusion or work of witch craft. But for the most part, she was glad of it. No real danger meant they had little to worry about. Zacharius's findings were interesting though. "I wonder if that illusionary fire could help burn the moss so we could examine the fountain? If i remember, you told me earlier that the moss grows back endlessly. There must be a reason behind that." However, she laughed out loud at her own words. "Or perhaps it's guarding nothing and we'd be ruining plant life for nothing."

"I suppose I will reveal the path through the labyrinth. Try watching how the ducks swim, they are quite elegant."

[Marie]

Sooooo..... What have everyone been up to? How about we share details of everything that has gone down...

"Sova and Venera have been fighting their revenge match in the Garden for most of the evening."

"I've been trying to investigate only to have my attempts thwarted by screaming. And people running around. And panic."

"Did anyone figure out what the source of the explosion earlier was?"

Well on my end... Sova challenged the old guy to a duel...
Then Kizami showed up the join in...
I joined up next...
Rena joined us after that...
There was a bomb....
And everyone fled.
Then I spent the rest of my time walking around looking for clues and killing time until
we could do this thing.

"My guess would be that Sova has run out of places to explore. And similarly for me... I doubt I've found everything... but they might get annoyed if I start a third round of searching I am somewhat tired from my earlier searching..."

Bambi was curious about the oven, but the man did not seem to be keen to share details. "I see then." she replied. Yin and trucy seemed to have taken what was from her mind and put it into words, thus she did not inquire further about the explosion. But the fact that everyone was so willing to fight and cause violence was off putting. The people who did not seek violence so openly could seek it in more private, violent ways.

"As far as I can surmise, bloodshed occurred at the hand, command, or force of the Princess. She once had many people to tend to her needs, but they are gone now. Any evidence of past tragedies is too old to truly determine what happened or who the victims were. And for some reason, we've been invited here and people have become incredibly violent." she stated. "Has anyone found any traces of things left behind by, perhaps, previous courtiers?"
