Backstory: Randel Olman was part of the foundation's special forces. Mobile Task Force Mu-12 "Ghost Lanterns" were a group of modified humans, brain washed to feel no fear or pain. Members have been known to face tanks down alone. However, the head researcher of the team eventually felt guilt, and disbanded the MTF. The last orders the doctor gave before the foundation hunted him down were the words "Be Free." Most of the unit, Randel included, did not understand the meaning of this order. This has led many of the unit to wander aimlessly.

She has had interactions with just about every faction, though it was often just through the tales of those to whom she passed requests. With the events of recent, the Masquerade asked that she support the efforts on the front line personally. With a slight grumble she left her cozy little shop, the promise of compensation floating within her mind. However, her disposition improved as she thought of the new customers that she might meet along the way.
