"I hate to be the person to entertain the ideas of a Zahard and the person who just admitted to framing Rania, but if no one else will do it, I will.
Let's say neither of them are lying. Highly improbable, yes, but not impossible.
This would mean that Era, Horou, and Thoth are not responsible for the murder of Erin, but instead are only responsible for attempting to frame Rania here, which does not make any of them the culprit. Erin was somehow brought to this floor, preserved by that liquid or some other method, months ago.
Let's say that this 'mysterious man' on Floor 20 was the real killer, and that moment which Camrius witnessed was when Erin really died. That places the killer on Floor 20, when the rest of us were there. The killer also has to have a couple other requirements, such as being male and also using flying serpents. Although Camrius also claims that the man did not look like Rania, appearances can change. I do not know of any other Lo Po Bia, or any person really, that has winged serpents besides Rania, who matches all those requirements. More so, winged serpents are regarded as mythical creatures, and the only way for a person to get them was to have it passed down to them or to have gotten one from Floor 25 decades ago.
This leaves only Rania to be the killer of Erin. A betrayal from a person she trusted could've been a reason why Erin was caught by surprise, or the reason why Erin was not surrounded by the rest of her team if she was lured out. However, these assumptions bring up many, many more questions, such as why was the body not disposed of? Why this elaborate attempt to frame Rania, if Rania was the true killer of Erin? Also, why did this 'mysterious man', or Rania perhaps, tell Camrius and his posse to simply pass the test? Was he just watching out for Aemulus, and noticed her cheating? Or... was he working with her?
Again, far too many questions. I'd like to ask Rania for his account of the Floor 20 test, what happened with Erin and the manner of her disappearance."
