I see many of you are assuming the culprit was in the room during the murder, however this is where I will get rid of that idea.

The Supermarket double doors were both surprisingly bent backwards, and there was just enough space to hide behind them...



I believe it has already been stated that 2 more Immortal Items have appeared, and we now know about 5. We don't know about another one though, and we can't seem to deduce a proper murder weapon in this trial or how it happened whatsoever.

I propose that someone who was not there during the fight was the culprit, and some unknown Immortal Item was used for this murder.

So who was not there during the fight? We have Naegi, Crossroads, Satori, Mystio, Sanae, and Otonashi.

I know Naegi has been potentially unable to do anything for certain reasons and has been in the Dormitory for the most part the entire time. It is also highly unlikely that he would commit any sort of murder regardless.

I do not know enough about Crossroads and he has been suspicious, so I would add him as a suspect.

I know what Satori has and what she has been up to, there is no need to worry about her or put her as a suspect.

Sanae has also been quite inactive and poses no threat from what I can see currently.

Otonashi is new, but has been active. They have come in late to the game, but due to activity and not knowing anything about them I would put them as a suspect.

With this I claim that Crossroads and Otonashi are our two suspects. From there, do and think as you please.

Hey guys, it's been a while I guess. To build further on Sakuya's theory, supposedly there was a hiding spot behind the bent over double doors. Our current suspects are Otonashi and Crossroads it seems. Crossroads made a contract with me in the previous trial in the hopes of us gaining more verbal bullets, but it unfortunately didn't work out. The point is, why would a man who made a contract with Hope of all things commit murder? If we go by that logic, we can narrow it down to Otonashi.

If someone did use the bent double doors that Sakuya had mentioned, then I think it would be perfect had Otonashi done it. Even if we had posted people to prevent escape, there were no doubt moments where they weren't paying attention. Otonashi has "Peripheral" as one of her powers, and it entails that she will notice actions other players are taking in the same room to a higher degree. If we look at it like that, the possibility that she slipped past you guys and hid behind them is there, and the possibility of her leaving while you guys were examining the corpse of Sova is also there, because she would be aware of everything you guys were doing.

I would like to say that while we don't have damning evidence that she did commit the murder, we are missing some Immortal items. Earlier she mentioned that she was "Trying to stay safe in the 2nd floor while the fight was going on." What was she trying to stay safe from? This proves that she had some knowledge of the fight occurring, or another threat was present while the fight was going on. Seeing as we haven't found anything else, I think the former is highly likely.

Otonashi, it pains me to say it, but I accuse you of the murder of Sova.
