At the side of a foggy lake bank, an enormous European-style mansion has been built. A large fence surrounds the mansion, which is currently open. Strangely you can't make out any windows on the mansion. Inside the house there are hundreds of twisting corridors leading into lavishly decorated bedrooms, ballrooms, and much much more. It would be easy to get lost in such a big house. At the end of a particularly long corridor, there is a huge library, filled with so many bookshelves that it must take up at least a quarter of the mansion all by itself. Several tables and lamps for reading are scattered around the library. The books are all in languages you cannot recognize. A girl sits by herself at one of the tables. Her head is buried in a book. A stairway near the library leads down into the basement of the mansion. The basement area smells musty and has cobwebs all over the ceiling. It doesn't look like anyone has been down here for a while... At the end of the stairway there is a single room. A red caution sign has been painted over the door.  Ah, what a wonderful looking mansion. Only the highest class of people must live here, and possibly most powerful too? How wonderful. Is there anyone here I could talk to? I would absolutely love to learn about this place and meet the people in this mansion. I'm already aware of this place known as Gensokyo, though. Ah yes, I should introduce myself.  Oh? No need to get so hostile now. While I know of this place's existance, I was only wondering if there was anything else you could tell me for the sake of knowledge. Also if you're worried about people getting inside your mansion, you should probably do something about that woman in the green clothes outside. It seems as though she has a habit of sleeping on duty. However...  If you truly wish to fight, I suppose I could take a challenge. It would be a good time to test that device Relius gave me, and to test the powers of the people of this world. |
