The Sayara View kitchen has only one visible entrance and exit, a sturdy door with metallic sheets serving as a fender and a circular window, barely wide enough to peer into the dining area directly connected to the kitchen. Pots and pans dangle from hooks, about a yard above a large eggshell-colored counter. The counter is adorned with oven mitts and cutting boards. Drawers and cabinets cover the sides of the counter. Some leeway is provided by the counter and the surrounding grills and stoves. From a bird’s eye view, the layout would be a rectangle border of cooking mechanisms circumscribing a rectangular counter.
