"Wow, this witness never knew that the supposed culprit to this case was a cloaked person capable of bypassing the clash's barrier from eyewitness reports, and lived in the player apartments to boot."
"That was sarcasm in case all of you fools have lost half your brains. All of this conspiring is only serving to convince this witness that all of you saw the murder happen, or saw some trace of the culprit, but have decided to cover for the culprit. In other words, all of you are complicit in the act of murder and are accomplices. The culprit probably contacted all of you beforehand to tell you that the murder would be taking place, and only targeted the delusional quartet because they refused to become accomplices. This would easily explain why nobody spoke up earlier when a soaking wet note was being passed around, which was clearly different from all the other notes. None of what any of you are saying can be trusted, because the culprit is among you and you've simply decided to start conspiring against the rest of us to cover for them."
"This witness proposes a very simple solution to this dilemma. We execute everyone who is suspicious. We can remove 5-6 people from this bloated cast and kill the culprit at the same time. Two worlds with one grasp of oblivion."

Mishy looks extremely very annoyed.
"Mishy certainly wishes everyone paid more attention to what Mishy says. Even to words that not-Mishy said before. As not-Mishy already brought up in first trial: Only one who could've kidnapped Satone during first murder among players is Monika, Rin and Pierrick. Monika is dead. Rin properly spoken about always staying in her room or elevator for duration of both first and second murders and there is absolutely no reason not to trust her since she was not culprit. Which leaves Pierrick to be the only one who could've been kidnapper and could've attempted to kidnap Satone this time. In other words, it is impossible for culprit to be cloaked figure who kidnapped Satone unless this murder was suicide, which I highly believe it was not."
"But if you really think the gunfight how about you think back on what Mishy just said about both motive for murder and gunfight and who would that end up making the culprit. Although Mishy still needs to think on what to make out with changed elevator movement order because of it..."

Lloyd: "I agree that the cloaked figure argument is stupid, none of us know what rules they play by and latching onto their involvement because of a minor coincidence is a waste of time. The others do have a good point though when they question the reason for the gunfight. The culprit probably used those three as their note targets because they were the easiest to manipulate. Very few of us here would bat an eye if we got a note about one another's death, but those four know each other so its more likely to be effective."
Lloyd: "And the culprit put down notes until two people went to the sewers. I think that is the most important part. The culprit needed two people in the sewers."

"This witness is entirely in favor of killing everyone who refuses to cooperate. Let's get a chant going everyone!"
-RIN starts clapping her hands while chanting-
"KILL THEM ALL! KILL THEM ALL! KILL THEM ALL!"

"Maybe having people go to the sewers was to make them wet and to prevent anyone from noticing them being wet... In that case, the 2 that would be least suspicious about being wet would the first two who had to go check the body and find it. In other words, whole gunfight and note thing was so that the culprit could make both an alibi and reason to be wet and not be questioned. Rikka and Yuuta are undoubtedly most suspicious!"
"Now then! Remember! When you two met up in sewers, who one of you already wet?"

-RIN stops chanting for a minute to consider-
"You know, weird cat-person-thing, you make a good point. If the fake gunfight was meant to construct an alibi, the only people we know of who actually have an alibi are the 2 delusional quartet members who were running through the sewers late at night. However, their alibi is for the fake time of death that the culprit created so it doesn't actually hold up, making those 2 the most suspicious. The culprit must be one of them who dragged the other one down into the sewers to have them confirm the alibi."
"This witness has another simple solution to this issue. Delusional quartet no.1 mentioned hearing some kind of laughter when he was running through the sewers. Both delusional quartet members must answer this question, did the laughter sound like male or female laughter?"
"Or, we could just execute both of them. This witness is in favor of either option."

Yuuta: "I'm pretty confident both of us were dry actually. We were both looking for one another and when we met we looked each other over for injuries, so it would have been obvious if we were wet."
-Rikka nods-
Rikka: "I don't recall either of us being wet when we met. When we went to check out what was covering the grate we both got wet for the first time at that point."
-Yuuta scratches his head-
Yuuta: "Based on everything it seems likely the culprit got wet, but why would they? I imagine just throwing someone into the waterways would propel them here and onto the stakes if they were setup. If Pierrick is the one who setup the stakes, why would the true culprit ever have gone into this bowl?"
-Rikka looks at Rin-
Rikka: "Definitely male. I don't recall anyone here laughing with quite that sound, but it may have been due to the echo that its hard to identify in the sewers. Unless someone here is a ventriloquist, in which case I have no idea."

Mishy opens eyes up and shouts out!
"THIS IS IT! It all makes sense! Culprit never got wet. So it means, Pierrick was the one making all the wet trails and when delivering the wet note to call out the victim for murder! So the order of elevator movements was like this:
1st trip Lloyd, Days and Nanashi went back to their room. 2nd trip is Pierrick returning all wet from sewers once to deliver the wet note (that was made wet for reason of making it plausible to culprit. 3rd trip is Pierrick going down the elevator and heading to sewers to prepare. 4th trip was Nanashi going out of his room and down to 3rd floor.
That's when, culprit realizing to Pierrick's note goes out and gets the note and goes to knock on Pierrick's room. After the said knock, 5 trips happened.
1st trip was culprit going down to sewers to find Pierrick, this is while Nanashi is still on 3rd floor and that's when things happen and Pierrick ended up being murdered. 2nd trip was Nanashi returning to his room. 3rd trip was culprit going back to apartments all dry since they never needed to wet themselves out to deliver notes to chuunis who they trusted most to make alibi for them and protect it. 4th trip was the innocent chuuni acting on note and heading down. 5th trip was culprit following after them and making the gunshots.
Then soon after gunshots were done, culprit rushed back to apartment building. Since elevator was left on first floor, it just opened the doors without making elevator move. That's where they used portal in elevator to move up to apartments and call elevator out from apartment floor and head down to create an illusion of culprit going up returning to their room as they actually head down instead.
"And that's exactly how it happened!"

Lloyd: "That seems sound enough. Though I would ask if the culprit is supposed to be Caster in this scenario. It is common knowledge after the first two murders that Caster....camps.... the portals after he makes them and watches them for people using it. If the culprit isn't Caster, the person would have to be confident that no one was watching the other side in secret. Caster has admitted that in this case he did not actually monitor the portal so it is a mute point, but if the culprit didn't know that, could they really risk using the portal? In addition, would the culprit really not use the portal to go down and only use it to come back up?"
-Day shakes his head-
Day: "No, it would make sense. After all, the culprit probably didn't leave the apartment buildings prepared to become a murderer. They could have come back in a panic and decided on the spot to use the portal for a faster getaway."
-Lloyd sighs-
Lloyd: "I guess that's true enou-"
-Rikka jumps in without warning-
Rikka: "That's not possible! After all, me and Yuuta found Pierrick and the spikes covered by that black blanket. It covered the entire body and all the spikes there so that it was impossible to see anything under the blanket without removing it like Yuuta and I did. There would be no way to achieve that level of accuracy from the balcony! Especially with the constant water flow and the distance to the center. The only way that cloth could have been placed there is if someone went into the center of the Central sewer and placed it by hand!"
-Lloyd raises his mouth as if to speak again but closes it a moment later. He scratches his head in thought before slowing speaking again-
Lloyd: "...And going into the center to place that is impossible without getting soaked. That certainly makes the theory that the culprit didn't get wet quite the difficult one."

"Oh no, its certainly possible. If the culprit hanged down on the rope from railing in the center, they could technically make dropping the blanket quite more accurate. It would certainly involve some skill and luck, but it should be possible. And if not, there is always chance that culprit never planned to cover victim's body and just dropped blanket down and it landed covering the body on complete coincidence."

"Could Yuusha or the fallen angel clarify whether the blanket was wrapped around Pierrick or just draped over him? If it was wrapped around him, then it could be possible to have him washed down toward the spikes, but still have the blanket cover him quite well. The body impacted the spikes from the side, so it would be hard to cover him by just dropping the blanket."

Yuuta: "Might wanna do a double take on the layout of the central Sewer Mishy. The center drain in the bowl is quite far from any of the four walkways over the canals funneling water in. There is 15 yards of distance from any walkway, including the one with the broken piece, to the spikes and that does not account for the vertical drop. So unless someone can toss a blanket to land on a target perfectly 15 yards away through a constant mist of water, its impossible. Even if you had multiple attempts the blanket would be wet on follow up attempts, making it even harder to throw while spread out. Also, the walkways hang directly over the incoming water flows, if you hung off them at all you would be hanging in the waters immediate path as it rushes into the bowl. Nothing goes over the center of the room to the drain that you could hold onto or use to get an accurate drop, not unless you could stick to the ceiling with nothing but your bare hands."
-Yuuta turns to face Satone-
Yuuta: "It was draped over the body and the stakes. It was not wrapped around Pierrick at all and appeared to just be laying atop the central drain. Plus, the blanket covered all the spikes, not just the ones impaling Pierrick."

Post by King V on Aug 3, 2018 8:48:22 GMT -8
"All of you people need to stop being stupid. Did none of you see that the handrail of one of the walkways above the bowl was bent downwards and broken? That handrail could only be broken by a very heavy weight, such as the weight of two people being applied onto the handrail at the same time."
"From the evidence found so far, the only bloodstain in this murder was found in the sewers, therefore it only makes sense that Pierrick was killed in the sewers and not in the bowl. Since Pierrick must've made a trip down into the bowl to set up all the stakes, it doesn't make sense that the handrail was broken by his weight alone, because then there is no indication of how the culprit might've gotten down. So the broken handrail must've been made by the culprit carrying Pierrick's body, forcing both the victim and the culprit into the bowl, and guaranteeing that the culprit got wet."
"As for who the culprit is, this will go back into the gun conspiracy won't it? Then this witness will take no part in it. Let's just kill everyone to be safe."
-RIN resumes chanting-
"KILL THEM ALL! KILL THEM ALL! KILL THEM ALL!"

"Mishy won't give up just yet! The culprit could've tied the rope from one walkway to another on opposite side and walked/hanged/whatever on/from it to get directly above the center of the bowl and drop blanket down!"

"So, is there any chance that Pierrick slipped and accidentally impaled himself or would that not be considered worthy of a trial?"
