HEHEHE! The only thing I remember off about that room when I took the thin metal wire was that the spade was missing! Perplexing, isn't it? -leaves-

I would have liked Sova's testimony to confirm the presence of a master key, but it looks like we'll have to wait on that.
『I first went to Garden because I thought I might find something in the Shed I saw there from my balcony that might help me get into Infirmary. But when I went to Kitchen I found the door to Garden locked. Thus I broke the window with a Pot and Frying pan and got outside. From outside I noted that door wasn't locked from outside but was locked by a key.』

I believe it's more than likely a master key is involved. Whoever is the culprit has a lot of treasure hidden within their room, surely. We are unable to find anything hidden around, it's only logical to follow.
Burning Kubota would have leaked little blood, and the burn marks on the balcony were likely to fool. I would suggest dissecting him and checking his insides, although I could do that considering I am occupying his former room.
I still have no inkling as to how Halisi's face was crushed; half of his face is essentially gone. The most logical assumption would be the piano, although I don't recall anyone mentioning there was blood on it. I assumed the hammer considering that, since it was in the Garden.
Xerxes' death was foul play on someone's part here, I will be sure to figure it out and kill them. There is sadly little evidence the murderer could have left behind, except possibly some blood stains.
I know little of the circumstances of Marta's death, please enlighten me.

Did you check if the window could be unlocked first, Sova? Also, as I recall, the door to the shed was locked as well. Would you mind telling us how you opened that door? It seems like the culprit acquired the spade from the boiler room, and hid it somewhere to use after Kubota's and Jacques's murders. Of course, for Halisi's murder, some kind of heavy object would be needed to smash his head in, and the spade seems like the only object we haven't kept track of. Thus, the culprit arrived before any of us, then most likely while we were split up to look for Shion, they took the spade and hid it away. If the culprit had a master key, they could easily hide it somewhere unreachable for us, such as the garden, and come back for it later. EDIT: I remembered the hammer also being hidden in the brush of the garden along with the screwdriver. Whoever the culprit was obviously had use for the hammer as well. This was after Jacques's death and before Halisi's death, so the hammer could have easily been used to smash Halisi's face in seeing as only the culprit would know where it was.

『Oh, now that you mention it, I remember that door to Shed was locked at first. The lock was rusted all the way so I smacked it with frying pan once and it broke.』

Marta and Xerxes seems to have been attacked by the person with the hammer... If the fist sized mark is any indication...
Umm... I have a book here which talks about a school fire... if anyone would like to read... Oh and the prints *gives prints to Youmu* They match the shoes of Akumi san, Sova san, Youmu san, Emil san, and myself...

So the lock wasn't broken before you came there, but the culprit somehow managed to acquire the screwdriver from the shed before any of us came here. This confirms the presence of a master key, or at the very least, a key to the shed that we do not know of. Thank you for your testimony, Sova.

I have reason to believe that the one with the hammer and the one with the spade are different culprits. Let's not forget that we found a bloody cloth; any items that people are publicly carrying aren't off the table.

(blurred out date) School Fire kills hundreds.
another average day, one would think. All students and faculty, proceeded their daily routine as they normally do, one would say it would be just another average day.
All that changed at 12:00 in the afternoon when the local high school erupted into flames.
Local residents gatehred around the school, many tried to save lives, students from the top floors were seen jumpingout of the windows in hopes of being saved or would rather die from the fall than consumed by the fire.
The flames burned for more than 10 hours before it was finallly put out.
More than 400 students were missing or dead.
Local school's president Shion was a true hero as she entered the building through the burning mess to save as many students as she could, here's the interview with her:
Reporter: Shion! I heard despite you making it out of the building, you ran back multiple times and helped many students make it out!
Shion: Yes, I believe my life is little when compared to what these students in my school have given me, I would lay down my life to save them. . . But I wasnt able to save them all. . .
We werent able to ask her any more questions as she left after saying that, but we did get a few words from her vice president Noire
Reporter: Noire! How did you help your school in this dire situation! Did you assist Shion?
Noire: I. . . I. . . I wanted to help.
Reporter: You were too busy attending to the students who made it out is what you're trying to ay right?
Noire: . . .
The rest of the clipping appears to have been rippeed out

Alright, I'll go on a tangent here and discuss our other murder cases. Someone murdered Xerxes and Marta. Both were found with fist-sized bruises, so this was likely done by the same person. Marta was found with a hammer lying to the side. If we look at Xerxes's murder, I was standing watch outside the guest rooms and only saw Xerxes exit in the morning, and Kanade entered later and left with a bloody cloth. The culprit most likely used the hammer in the garden to inflict the wound on Xerxes and used a sharp object to inflict wounds on the neck. They used the cloth to wipe their weapons clean and left the cloth in Xerxes's room. The hammer was hidden in the garden, and the only way to reach a guest room without using the door, would be to scale the walls as Zwolf proved by breaking into the attic. My inventory check has proved the only sharp objects were carried by Emil, Kanade, myself, and Zwolf. The most likely explanation is that Emil committed these murders. He claimed to have been standing on the 1st floor and keeping watch, only seeing Noire enter and exit. However, he could have just as easily slipped into the garden and committed the murder from there. Unless, of course, someone was already in the garden and simply scaled the building to hide the cloth in Xerxes's room. The hammer was in the garden as well, so it's a possibility. But I think Emil is most suspicious at the moment.

-Youmu casts a weary expression around the room- If there are no objections... I shall continue. Marta's murder is conducted in 2 phases. In the first phase, she is drugged by the culprit, most likely due to a preemptive strike. The needle hole in her neck is indicative of this. She proceeds to run to Skull Kid's room, demanding to be let inside. The culprit catches up with her and she runs again, only to be caught down the hall. The culprit uses the hammer to smash her head in and drags her body back to the door. The spots of blood down the hallway indicate that she was struck by the hammer at that location. If the voice Skull Kid heard was faked, then Marta was most likely attacked there. Then the culprit faked the two black, circular marks on her neck and used the lamp Marta was carrying to fake the zapping sound Skull Kid heard. After faking the zapping sound, the culprit fled the scene. The items involved in this case are as follows. The hammer, some kind of drug from the infirmary, and a syringe. Seeing as the knowledge of the hammer was limited to those who had investigated the garden, it's likely that the culprit of the first murder also committed the second, as they were the last ones with the hammer. Thus, Emil, who had committed the first murder is a likely candidate for the second.
