"That's wrong as well! Caster was watching the portal from 9 to 11 and then from 11 to 11:20. He would have noticed if anybody used it!"

"The culprit begins on the 1st floor, they commit the murder, then they ascend to the 6th floor using the portal during the single opening provided by Caster at 11am. Failing that, Caster can always be the culprit or an accomplice."

"So then... is everyone in agreement that this entire line of reasoning is stupid and should in no way be followed upon?"
-RIN looks at everyone who has fallen silent in debate against her. She nods, and lets out a sigh of relief-
"Good. This witness is glad that, even with so many pointless acts of malice, idiocy, and fervor, at the very least, nobody has descended into sheer madness. Because of how reasonable everyone has been, this witness will reconsider their previous actions of attempting to send all of you into nothingness."
"Now, everyone must agree at this point that Pierrick is lying and must therefore be the culprit or an accomplice to the crime, right? RIGHT?"
-RIN gives everyone a haunting stare before raising her hand-
"This witness casts their vote for Pierrick. Please end this stupidity once and for all."

Alright, now we're arguing accomplices? There's no reason to be an accomplice in these games, there's no reward for it. You get killed the same.

"Sane? You believe that you are sane? You can't even properly state a theory which condemns Monika as the culprit. No, you are clearly insane, you've embraced the madness that has become of this trial, of this world. We don't need you here. Your existence is a detriment to everything. Disappear."

"I am really getting tired of this, so can we PLEASE just get this over with already. Here is the updated version of the Monika theory! Monika had already gotten the PVC pipes and duct tape ahead of time, since Days was in the store from pretty much 9 to 11 without ever seeing the culprit enter. They ended up making a hangglider with the PVC pipe found in the fourth floor and the corner joint piece found outside. This is made evident by the A shape it forms along with the duct tape residue left on the PVP pipe. However, no duct tape residue was found on the PVC corner piece. We did, however, find pieces of the bedsheet which the culprit used to help hold together their hangglider. The culprit also made sure to cut the wire to the fourth floor before everybody went to breakfast, which keeps the elevator from going to the fourth floor from the inside buttons, before sliding the notes under all of our doors. This is backed up by Rin's claim that the fourth floor button was not working after breakfast and Nanashi's claim that it was not working before breakfast either. Then, the culprit went to breakfast at 8am like normal, backed up by everybody being present at breakfast, before going up to the sixth floor around 9am. Then, they planned on using the elevator to go down to the third floor to use the passage up to the fourth floor, but realized the elevator wasn't working due to Rin's shenanigans. So, they needed another way down: the laundry chute. They couldn't use my room since Pierrick was inside, so the culprit instead went into Axel's room. From there, they went through the hole in the floor, the hole that leads from Axel's closet to the fifth floor. Then, they used bedsheets from some of the rooms to make a rope. After making the rope, they stabbed one end into the ground with their dagger, as seen by the hole in the floor on the fifth floor. Then, the culprit tossed the other end of the rope down the chute along with the other length of rope; this would also serve as to keep the chute door on the fifth floor open since the chute door cannot be opened from the inside of the chute. They then went down the chute and gathered the rest of the bedsheets from the fourth floor to make a second rope. However, there was one major flaw with their plan: Pierrick came to the fifth floor via the hole in my closet. Pierrick saw the number on the dagger: a 6. However, 6 is Yoff's dagger, which was destroyed. Meaning, the dagger is instead the 16 dagger, which belongs to Monika. Meanwhile, the culprit stabbed something else into the end of the rope to pin it to the ground, hence the hole in the floor by the south window on the fourth floor. The culprit then made their way through the window and out down to the first floor outside. They managed to evade Mishy since both the window with the hole in front of it and the Iron gym are on the south side; since Mishy started on the south side of town and made his way around, he was probably on the north side of town when the culprit committed the murder. This is backed up by Mishy's claim that while he was cleaning the north part of town, he saw the Chuunis run by trying to find Satone, which happened after 10am but before 11am, giving the culprit enough time to commit the murder during that time frame. After that, they went over to the gym, being careful not to be seen by Mishy who was cleaning outside. After entering, the culprit snuck up on Owen while he was lifting the 245 pound bar that was found at the crime scene. Owen struggled, hence the look of agony, the scuff marks on the ground form his feet, and the death grip on the bar. Then, after killing Owen, the culprit needed to make it back to the 6th floor to establish their alibi. However, the rope could not have been long enough to reach all the way to the first floor. Luckily, the culprit had their backup: the hangglider. They simply climbed up a nearby building and glided through the fourth floor window. Unfortunately for them, the tip of their glider fell off, which is the corner piece found outside. The culprit then broke apart their hangglider and stuck the duct tape inside one of Itriot's cloaks, the one we found with duct tape on the inside, to make the method of the hangglider not obvious. They also pulled up the makeshift rope and closed the window behind them. Then, the culprit climbed up to the fifth floor via the rope in the chute, pulling up the rope behind them. This explains the bedsheets left behind on the fifth floor. After that, they simply climbed back up through the hole in Axel's closet by using the nightstand. This would allow them to come back out at 11am, blending in with everybody, since everybody on the sixth floor who was there at the beginning of the elevator being stuck was at the elevators at 11am for Cessair's announcement. Then, they simply went back to Axel's room and waited for the body announcement at 11:20am to come back out and go down to find the body with us."

"The only parts of the pipe apparatus where pieces of cloth were found were on the sides, had the sheets been used to hold the apparatus together, there would have been a more uniform spread of cloth pieces."

"At the very least, I'm going to destroy the Caster and Pierrick theories so that nobody will vote for them."
Ryo shook his head at Rin. Was Rin even capable of basic problem solving? Well, at the very least Ryo could destroy the Caster theory.
"Anyways. Caster cannot be the culprit. The number 16 dagger was on the fifth floor when Pierrick went down, but there was no dagger found on the fifth floor during investigation. Which means that the culprit needed access to the fifth floor between 9 and 11:20. However Caster was in Yoff's room. Yoff's room does not have a hole to the fifth floor. Since Caster was in Yoff's room from 9 to right before 11, was in the hallway from right before 11 to right after 11, went back to Yoff's room from 11 to 11:20, and was with the rest of us from 11:20 to when we made it to Owen, it was impossible for Caster to retrieve the 16 dagger. Which means, it is impossible for Caster to be the culprit."

Then, he realized it.
"Hey, Pierrick. If you were the killer, that means you would have the number 16 dagger on you. Can you please show us what dagger you have? If it is the 16 dagger, you would be the culprit. But, if not, you are innocent."

"Besides, Rin, can you prove that the corner piece was necessary for the hangglider to work? The culprit could have just used the pieces found in the fourth floor."

"If you use just the pieces found on the 4th floor, the pipe apparatus does not even fit through the window. Furthermore, the dagger that Pierrick saw could still be his, and he simply lied about the number he saw on it. As the culprit, he is capable of doing this."
"I suggest you stop now, clearly insane and delusional white haired person. This witness believes that logic will prevail in the end."

Alright, this is getting ridiculous. Both of you are so caught up in arguing with each other you're not seeing what's in front of you. Or rather, I think the faceless one is and is just arguing for it the wrong way. Let's look at this logically. Pierrick obviously somehow knows how most of this murder happened, or is just lying. By the rules of this trial, that makes him the literal most important person in the trial both ways. If he's lying, he's the culprit. If not, he knows who the culprit is, and told us. Just now. That it's Monika. Wait, could that mean ... We have only two suspects now?
Then from that logic, we need only to wait for Monika to respond to all of this.
Yes, figuring out how the murder happened is all fantastic. In fact, I might make some ... corrections to Ryo's suggestions in a second. But I would advise you all to calm down and realize the simple fact of either Pierrick is lying or is not.

Now ... as for the theory itself *Axel shudders in obvious distaste for what he has been forced to* Let's get this out of the way. We have 2 suspects who have basically the same alibi. They were trapped on the 6th floor during the whole of this murder. Obviously, one of them is lying and is the culprit. Now, I honestly don't disagree with most of Ryo's ideas. They're based off of evidence we've gotten throughout the trial. The main point of this I'm trying to bring up is there are only 2 suspects now. Whilst I understand the witness is attempting to avoid the words Hang. Glider. I will be the voice of reason and say this. It literally does not matter. At some point in the day, at some time, the culprit had to go to the fourth floor and place those items there. And, whilst I am inclined to believe the Hang. Glider. theory, there were multiple ways to get into the fourth floor. Even Pierrick himself said we have an 85% on the murder. You know. The person who is either the most important witness or is the culprit, so is lying. Again, we only have two suspects. And guess what the clincher for this whole thing is? The knife. And Pierrick's testimony. I feel the need to say again, the culprit is the only one who can lie. So, I propose we look at Monika's knife. And Pierrick's for good measure, since you seem so dead set on it, Rin.
There is a knife hole in the ground on the 5th floor. What it was used for at this point, is again, irrelevant. Because only the culprit can lie. Here, let me say it with more emphasis. barring unusual circumstances, only the culprit can lieWith such an obvious testimony in front of us ... all we have to do is either prove it true or prove it false. This fighting over whether or not there was a HANG. GLIDER. is absolutely meaningless, contributes nothing to this. So how about we wait for the owner of the knife, this Monika, to come forth and defender herself or else I will also vote for Monika simply because she didn't bother to defend herself from an accusation. And all of you are insane because a ghost of your own imagining just brought you people back on track.
