A mess of blood splatters and dried pools of blood greet you as you enter this room. This room seems to have been designed as an interrogation room, with painful looking tools caked in dried blood sitting several wooden tables lined up against the wall. A metal chair welded into the floor with several chains attached to its arms and legs sits in the center of the room. And on top of the chair, sits a corpse that seems to have been drained of all blood. There are several nasty looking wounds all over the corpse, but none of them look fatal. The corpse has its head tilted heavily towards the side as if its neck was broken. A large metal door with a giant metal bar lying on the floor next to it seems like the only way out.
The corpse has been taken off the chair and moved to a corner.

Petelgeuese is chained to the chair here. His neck is bent in an awkward position and his clothes are drenched with blood. Near the chair is a crumpled up piece of paper.
