It looks like a body discovery announcement only happens if someone unrelated discovers the body.
So Nue would be an accomplice or the murderer, but which?
I will need to investigate deeper.

Alright HOLD IT! Using the rules is a good idea, in most cases. This announcement was something I did on the spur of the moment. Not counting the number of people who found it, who they were, or anything else like that.
So using the body discovery announcement as a point in this murder is INVALID.
From now on, here are the rules of the Body Discovery Announcement. Like I said this murder DOES NOT follow these rules. This is for future references of murderers and investigators.
1. There is only one body announcement per body. No more, No less 2. Unrelated people trigger the Announcement as soon as they discover the body regardless of other factors 3. Related people, the murderer and any accomplices, CANNOT discover the body until a full 15 Minutes after Death.
