Same way as it would have been impossible for me to commit the murder since I was with Terrence the whole time."

"Sigh... it doesn't seem like anyone feels like talking much... Very well... I guess I will have to make a theory..."

"Sorry Ushio, but there are only two people here who can be the culprit, and those are Terrence and Susan, simply because they are the only ones who have tape residue on their hands. I clearly recall that I stopped everyone here from touching anything in the crime scene, even I didn't touch a thing. Nobody could have gotten any tape residue on their hands during investigation, which means that the only one with tape residue on their hands must be the culprit!"

"But, of course, Terrence and Susan do have a reason they have tape residue on their hands. According to Terrence's testimony, they were the ones who removed the duct tape from the door to the Kitchen. However, it's very likely that the culprit noticed the tape residue and intentionally went to the Kitchen door to remove the duct tape themselves so they had an excuse for the tape residue on their hands."

"With your findings, Ushio, it points to Susan being the more likely culprit of the two. Therefore, I designate her as the culprit in my previous theory. All other points in the theory stand. I believe I've already covered why alibis here are insufficient, and will apply the same point to Susan's 'alibi', that she could easily have acted while Terrence was asleep."

"Never mind Ushio, I see what you were on about from before. Indeed, there were finger impressions in the duct tape, but from what I can tell, you checked the duct tape in the Cafeteria, which already had Terrence and Susan's finger impressions on them."

"Simply put, you are lying that there are only female finger impressions on the duct tape. My theory against Terrence still stands, and I will add a theory against Susan with the same parameters. Since these are the only two suspects, I leave the rest in the hands of our jury."

"Alright, it's getting on my nerves now how you keep pressing your alibi, Terrence and Susan, and not even in trial at that. Here is everything wrong with your so called alibi."

"Firstly, it's already ridiculous that someone could even have an alibi for the entire duration that the trap could have been set up. For all we know, the trap could have been there for days, and yet Terrence and Susan claim they have an alibi for this entire period, with each other. This brings me to my next point."

"This murder was done by BOTH OF YOU. One of you was an ACCOMPLICE, and helped the other set up the trap, or perhaps you only kept watch. Either way, one of you two, Terrence and Susan, set up the trap, while the other knew about the plan. You keep claiming how you've never left each other's side for the entire time we've been locked in here, but that gives you the perfect opportunity to commit a murder with a duration such as this, and still have an alibi for it. Nobody else can verify where Terrence and Susan were at all times, and nobody else has an alibi for the entire duration of when the trap could have been set up."

"With that said, this is the new theory I propose."

Culprit: Terrence AND/OR Susan
Victim: Reyn
Murder Weapon: Flail
Method: Trap method as described before, Terrence, Susan, or both of them could have set or helped set up the trap.

"Both Terrence and Susan have tape residue on their hands, while nobody else has any residue on their hands. I've confirmed that nobody touched anything in the crime scene since the body was discovered, so nobody could have tape residue on their fingers from investigation. This means that the culprit must be one of these two, however the fact that both of them have tape residue on their hands, and that both of them claim to have a perfect alibi for the entire duration of the murder, makes it so one of them could easily be an accomplice. I won't delve into which one is the culprit and which one is the accomplice, as that point is interchangeable, and I won't deny that the point in my previous theories, that one could have acted while the other was unconscious, could be true. However, the fact that Terrence and Susan both keep insisting that they have an alibi makes it so both of them are extremely suspicious."

"Clear indications of a trap are present with the matching shapes of the duct tape on the ceiling, chair, and Flail. If the murder happened as you say, Red Magnus, then we would have found different shapes of duct tape on each of the objects, since it would have taken a great deal of time to set up everything involved with the trap. At the very least, a longer period of time than between when the victim died and when the body was found."

DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND SMALL ONE? THE VOICE MADE THE TRAP AND TRIGGERED IT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT HAPPENED! OF COURSE THE TAPE MATCHES! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE VOICE GRABBED THE FLAIL AND USED IT LIKE A NORMAL FLAIL. THE TRAP HAD ALREADY GONE OFF ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR AND REYN WALKED INTO AN ALREADY TRIGGERED TRAP. THEN HE WAS BASHED BY THE VOICE WHO MADE THEIR ESCAPE AFTERWARDS!

RED MAGNUS FAILS TO SEE HOW THAT ARGUMENT HAS ANY CAHNCE OF BATTLING THE SUPREME ONE!

"Actually, I checked to make sure it was the same finger marks throughout. Both with the cafeteria and the kitchen. Oddly though, the last time I went into the kitchen, the evidence had been ruined with fingerprints covering the marks."
