SRCL: The Watchmaker

Background:
Nox was once a loving and kind man and was known as an incredible inventor, however this changed after he encountered an incredibly powerful artifact. Once changed by the Eliacube(the artifact in question), Nox is obsessive, insane and ruthless in pursuit of his goal. This goes as far as being willing to annihilate entire races of people to obtain his desires. However, he is not cruel or without conscience- he is shown to regret the harm he causes, but continues anyway, as in his insanity truly believes that with enough power he can go back in time and actions will be undone.

Abilities:
-He is a Xelor, a race that interacts with Time. As such almost all his abilities are time-themed.
-He can slow down time and, with the assistance of powerful artifacts, stop it completely. The weaker version can be broken if the affected is particularly strong willed. The stronger version requires a magical counter.
-With the assistance of the most powerful artifacts he can manifest life energy itself and wield it as a weapon. 
-He can teleport limited distances and suspend himself in air.
-His durability is one of his strongest suits, with his links to powerful artifacts protecting him even if he armor is broken.
-He also possesses a sword themed like the hand of a clock.
-Obviously a watchmaker, so skilled with gearwork and usually has many small contraptions that do his dirty work.

SRCL: Führer of Amestris


Background: Führer King Bradley was trained throughout his life to become the supreme leader of Amestris. However, Father had different plans. He infused wrathful souls into Bradley via a philosopher's stone, thus turning him into the Homunculus known as Wrath. Then, using his position of power, aided in Father's plan.


Abilities: Due to excellent training, he is agile, fast, and works well with various weapons, mainly his sword. He can manage to dodge machine gun fire and cut cannonballs in half. He also has what is known as the "Ultimate Eye", which gives him eyesight far exceeding those of a human. For example, he can tell his opponents' strengths and weaknesses at first sight and can see even the slightest movement from his opponent.

Background: Rena was born in the small town of Hinamizawa but was soon relocated to the city due to her mother's advancing career. It was there she found out that her mother was involved in an affair with one of her coworkers. Although remaining loyal to her father, Rena was engulfed by the guilt of not realizing sooner of the affair and blamed herself. Her insanity grew to the point that she even violently attacked three of her classmates.

Abilities: Very perceptive, for example she has admitted to being able to identify if a person is lying just by looking into their eyes.
She also has an eerily accurate report of crime scenes with just a glance. 
-Athletic, has shown to be able to overpower two of the strongest members of her club when determined, even knocking them out cold in many instances. 
-Mainly uses a cleaver.

Background:
Dad ran away so I got me a new daddy! My daddy turned his former legal agency into a talent agency... Then he turned it into an anything agency! It's kind of confusing I know but anyone who's at least in middle school should be able to follow! So I also work with this one guy who can scream super loud, like almost deafening. But also there's this new girl here who helps out too! And sometimes daddy's old partners show up from time to time. I think they're related to the person who owned the agency before daddy but I'm not too sure... But yeah! That's my life! And I also love doing magic!
Abilities:
Well I'm not to sure about this area. I think probably I can do magic. I'm a grade A performer so I can't tell you how I do any of my tricks! But I do have some magic panties. Alakazam and Bibttybobittybo! I just pulled a rabbit out of my magic panties! Now to put it back in. Presto! Thank you! Thank you! I also have helped Daddy and his partners on investigations so I have a bit of detective work under my belt. That's it for abilities.

Background:
A woman who worked as a detective in North Carolina.
She graduated from North Carolina High School and North Carolina State University.
She has some experience with Tae Kwon Do and Karate. However, she prefers to avoid conflict if it is possible.
She has taken at least four years of Track in high school, and is an avid runner. She also likes to jog in the morning and afternoon to stay in shape. Originally, she started as an Endurance runner. She could run for long periods of time, but not very quickly. over time, she was able to balance her speed and running length.
If she needs to, she can hide sufficiently. With years as a kid playing hide and seek, along with NEEDING to hide, she has conditioned herself to be nearly undetectable. Softly breathing to the point of silence, and putting herself in spaces with cluttered items usually works to her advantage.

Abilities:
- Keen Eye - Bambi will generally have heightened perception of a crime scene and be able to find "overlooked" details.
- Blink - She can run. She can run like the wind. Her stamina is not endless, but she has enough to get away, or to hunt someone down.

Personality: Seems to be scheming something every second he is awake, always with a small smile on his face. He is more a listener than a talker, and he observes rather than acting on the situation, mostly because everything happens outside of his range, so to speak. He tends to be easy to overlook, since he never announces his presence, nor tries to stick out. He speaks softly and smoothly, and has a mischievous tone to everything he says. He is quite friendly and rarely gets angry, but he is wary of others around him.

Background: Works as a model in the commercial branch and also writes various types of fiction and he has a number of fans, mainly females. He grew up as the only child in a more or less fancy mansion and lived a comfortable life indoors, usually spending his time reading. He seems to have parental issues, though there is no official information about this.

Abilities: He is physically weak and do not possess a lot of stamina. Instead he relies on his intelligence and ability to hide his presence, which he also uses to escape his fanbase while in public. He also has a good amount of self-control.

Background: Static lives half-in and half-out of the physical world. His body is a physical manifestation of a self-aware computer program that was inserted into a mechanically enhanced human body. He was part of an experiment meant to combine living with the non-living, in hopes of creating a super-soldier.

Abilities: Advanced hacking and programming skills. He can send out shockwaves and electricity at touch. Communicates by sending out electronic signals to a target character's brain. Static can control electrical impulses used in electronic devices and radio waves found in the immediate atmosphere.

Background: She' the last head priestess of Isanami clan. Which is famous by "having ability to control total darkness". Also only child of her parents. Her father,

mother and few head priestess candidates gone missing after her birth.

Abilities:

- Have fully control over darkness and humans evil side

- Also has multiple personality disorder

Background: Akane is the third daughter and fourth child of the Sakurada family. The Sakurada family is the royal family with their father as king, and she is one of seven siblings who all have super powers. She hates being the center of attention and being followed by cameras all day.

Powers: Her ability is Gravity Core, which allows her to manipulate the gravity of herself and anyone she touches, as well as allowing her to increase her speed and strength, and also fly.

However, under unnatural circumstances such as these, he/she tries to stay as unnoticeable and anonymous as possible
His/Her personality is eccentric.
